File A Warranty Claim
What You'll Need To File A Claim
We encourage you to keep your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the warranty you received with your new product. To file a warranty claim you will need the following information:
- Purchase receipt or a bank statement showing the purchase
- Product law tag
- Photos of the product
- Product in full view without bedding
- Close up view of the defective area
- Purchase receipt
- Law tag
- Base/foundation if you are filing a mattress claim
Register Your Product
What You'll Need To Register Your New Product
Registering your new Tempur-Pedic product can help keep record of your purchase for future reference. This is helpful should you find yourself in need of filing a warranty claim in the future:
- Contact information
- Product information
- Purchase date
- Collection/model & size
- Serial number (note: this is located on the law tag attached to your product)
- Optional, but recommended photos
- Law tag
- Purchase receipt
