We can feel the mattress cooling features with the cover. It really is worth the purchase. Overall in the first month plus very happy.

Great Quality and Comfort
We have owned a Tempur Pedic Mattress for over 15 years. It has been wonderful. Saw the Tempur-Adapt + Cooling Topper and decided to purchase it. Have not had it long, so the verdict has not been made yet. We don't like the straps that are attached to the topper, would have preferred it all encased as a mattress cover to make the topper stationery. We cannot determine if we are any cooler at night. I still have night sweats.
We probably should have gone into the store to talk with a salesperson, first to determine if it is time to purchase a new Tempur mattress or just buy a topper or is it okay to put a topper on top of the Tempur Mattress.

Many years ago my daughter gave me a TEMPUR-PEDIC Pillow. This brand has been with me for years. It is extremely comfortable to sleep with. When I travel it always comes with me.
