The cooling in the pillow is just the beginning of the greatness of this pillow. Never goes flat so it provides adequate support for head and neck. I sleep on both my sides and back! As close to perfection as you're going to get in a pillow!

After sleeping on one at a family members home, I knew I had to purchase whatever brand it was. When I found out it was tempurpedic I was a lil worried about the cost but I knew it was necessary. We have both slept better with no neck issues since, BUY THE PILLOWS!
