Delivery was prompt and compact. Got the 'rebate' visa gift card about a month later. Factory smell dissipated after a few days. Felt like the 'medium' level selection was more like 'medium-hard'

FANTASTIC ADJUSTABLE FRAME WITH POWERFUL "MAGIC FINGERS"
I am a senior 100% disabled veteran with Agent Orange exposure and over 100 diagnosed medical issues including osteoarthritis, spinal degeneration, bursitis, and Fibromyalgia - all which cause whole body pain and anxiety. My previous 6 year old Mattress Firm adjustable frame that buzzed me asleep in 20 minute increments for 5 hours a night finally croaked. Thankfully, it was under warranty so I could get the original price towards this new frame which is crazy expensive.
PROS: The gentle "Magic Fingers" vibrations in this frame is definitely more powerful than any of the other Tempur-Pedic models or previous Mattress Firm frame, so I can feel the strong vibrations through my extra thick 13" mattress.
The vibration cycle stays on for half an hour. I turn it back on every time I wake up for a much deeper sleep that offers pain and anxiety control.
My 70 pound standard poodle and 17 pound Maltipoo seem to love sleeping with the vibrations too.
I still have to contact the company to help me with installing a phone app, but I already can Bluetooth music through the bottom of the head of the bed. The sales lady said that once I get the app I should be able to turn up the volume of the music coming through the bed bottom.
CONS: Can't really hear the bluetooth music coming through the bed base when the Magic Fingers vibrations are engaged because of the strong vibrations sound. Hoping the app will upgrade that.
This adjustable bed base is very expensive. But if you need a sleeping or pain aide due to medical or psychiatric issues it is well worth the cost.
I wish they would extend the vibrations to run for one hour instead of 30 minutes.
Would be nice if the remote buttons could be moved to make it a bit easier to put it in vibration mode more easily in the dark. Right now it's a bit hard to see and I'm doing a Helen Keller feeling up the buttons in the dark.
My old Mattress Firm Base gave a rainbow of night light colors located under the bed to choose from and leave on all night long.
This frame only has one night light color choice of soft white under the bottom (foot) end of the base and there is also a bright white lighted Temper-Pedic logo located at the foot of the bed that is on 24/7. I don't know yet if that can be turned off.
Overall I am very satisfied with the features and quality of this TEMPUR-Ergo ProSmart Base.

Not Sure at First
Not a fan in the beginning, but after working with the pillow and removing quite a bit of the foam I'm now a believer and would highly recommend. Has helped to improve my comfort and quality of sleep
