We deliver Bed orders using our White Glove Service. We bring them to your home, set them up for you, remove the packing materials, and even remove your old mattress and box spring if you want us to.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Delivery time varies, depending on the distance from one of our delivery hubs to your home. Average delivery is 10-14 business days, depending on your location. We can help you track your order anytime at 800-821-6621.

Special Delivery Requests
Saturday Delivery: please place your order by phone and we can quote pricing for Saturday delivery.
Faster Delivery: please place your order by phone, tell us how quickly you need it, and we can quote pricing for expedited delivery.
Special Delivery Conditions: if there are any unusual circumstances (such as multiple flights of stairs) please note them when you place your order and again when we call to arrange delivery. This will allow us to make sure we have the correct equipment and staff to deliver your bed.
We offer Free White Glove Delivery within the continental United States for mattress + foundation and mattress + adjustable base orders.
Special Shipping (remote locations, Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses)
For remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii, there is a $200 surcharge per order; charges will be applied to your order based on your shipping address.
For APO/FPO addresses, we cannot ship mattresses, foundations, frames or Ergo adjustable bases
On Delivery Day
When we deliver your new bed, there must be an adult (18 years and older) at home to accept delivery and sign to accept. We’re sorry, but if there is no adult, we can’t leave your new product.
