The Top Cover is removable, machine washable and designed with our SmartClimate® cool-to-the-touch material. Replacing your mattress top cover is a great way to refresh your mattress.
The ProAdapt® and LuxeAdapt® feature our SmartClimate® Dual Cover System that has a removable mattress cover and machine washable top cover.
The ProAdapt® has a profile of 12 inches and the LuxeAdapt® has a profile of 13 inches.

The complete cover will cover the bottom and top of the mattress, while the top cover will zip onto just the top of your mattress.

No. Both Medium and Medium Hybrid feels are compatible with the 2024 TEMPUR-Adapt® Complete Replacement Covers.

The replacement cover is not waterproof. While it will provide a barrier between the mattress and any liquids, it won't protect your mattress completely from spills and stains. We recommend purchasing our mattress protector, which is fully waterproof.

The zip-off cover does not protect from or prevent liquid or spill damage. The mattress protector is sold separately. We have the Tempur Protect mattress protector which was designed for all Tempurpedic models. You can see this item on our main site here. It is not required, but strongly recommended as any stains to the mattress could void the warranty.
