Extremely hard, not as expected
"As my mother has arthritis, I was looking for a slipper that would really cushion her feet and be very comfortable. As Tempur-Pedic are considered the leaders in memory foam, I incorrectly assumed that they would have the very best product. When I received these slippers I was shocked to find that there is no cushioning whatsoever. They are extremely hard, and there was no way I would even consider giving them to my mother. I am trying to find out if they can be returned, but it appears that they cannot. I may end up having to keep them, but it'll be an expensive loss. I figured if I'm stuck with them, I might end up wearing them, but the sizing doesn't even seem right. I bought large, which are supposed to fit 8 1/2 - 9 1/2, but I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and they're not long enough to fit my feet. So, for over $60 with the shipping, they'll gather dust in my closet. "

Terrible Quality
"I just received my 4th pair of these classic slippers that I have worn over a 8 year period. These are terrible. The outsourcing to China was a mistake. The slipper is not as padded, not as warm and it is glued and is already pulling apart and I have just worn them for a day. The price is lower than ever before -- but it is not a good value. Give me back the old workmanship -- I don't care if I have to pay more since they lasted longer and were more comfortable. "
