"Recieved these as a CHRISTmas gift. Love them. My second pair and you cannot beat them. Tried cheap knock offs and there is nothing like Tempurpedic. "

they fell apart!

"Wonderful slippers but a bit pricey. After several months of loving these slippers, I spilled some wine on one of them. I immediately placed them into a cold-water rinse with some mild detergent. The cushion disintegrated!! I called the Tempur-Pedic, and they said to me they do not cover wine spilling on the slipper, which was not my question at all! (this was done through e-mail). Amazing, but after buying their Queen-sized bed, pillows, many less expensive slippers that prematurely wore out (at least by my standards)and this expensive pair, they won't offer replacement slippers or even a discount! Having spent approximately $4-5,000 dollars so far with them, you can imagine how I feel about a company that does this. I heard from other bed-owners the same complaint but I chose to purchase their products anyway. If they choose to ruin their reputation, I guess that is their poor business model. BEWARE OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM. Good products, but assume that once you buy it that they will not back it up."
