"I have had a bad back for 25 yrs and have always been a light sleeper so after sleeping on a firm Tempur mattress at a hotel chain...and not liking its firmness I was happy that they came out with a softer mattress and decided to take the plunge...Well this mattress is too soft ,so much so that you sink deep in the bed ( makes having fun with the wife...a pain in the back)We work out every day and are very fit...also if you are a person that sleeps warm...forget about it...This bed radiates heat..so even in the winter I have to sleep on top of the covers..forget about the summers...For the money , I would not recommend this bed"

Not Built Right

"My wife and I tried a number of GOOD mattresses looking for the RIGHT one. We paid for the BEST (king/Cloud). Mattress is very nice on each side but has a hard "mountain" in the center which is mostly unuseable. I don't recommend this mattress to anyone else. Mattress would be GREAT if it had same softness all over and I would highly recommend it."

"This is a replacement for our first Tempur-Pedic. We owned the first one for 9 years and had a warranty issue. Not only is it a wonderful product but they stand behind their product!!! We've slept on this new bed now for the last week and just like our last bed I LOVE IT!! You will not find a better bed then a Tempur-Pedic."

It's so worth it!

"By far it has been the best investment I've made! I just recently bought mines last year & I am 100% satisfied with it! I do not wake up with soreness & I wake up feeling good! If you ever have a long day a supreme cloud would be the best bed to come home to. It is a bit pricey but if you are ever going to buy something expensive it should be a mattress! "

Second worst mistake of my life so far

"That's what buying this bed has been for me. I was having pain issues at the time that I purchased it. I know, Iknow. I probably should not have made a purchase in that condition, but I did need a new mattress. I thought it would be a good fit as I completed my treatments. Unfortunately, just as I had passed my 90 day trial, the foundation broke. The company was very good about replacing, although I cannot guarantee that the replacement was in pristine condition. However, I did complete my treatments and was still having pain--still in the hips as before and after 7 months of sleeping on the Cloud Supreme, I had shoulder pain as well. I do sleep on my side and the aches were confined to the hip and shoulder that I sleep on every night. But, I still didn't think the Tempurpedic had anything to do with my pain. Then I went on vacation. After a week of sleeping in a different bed, I had no pain whatsoever. I returned home, and after two weeks on the Cloud Supreme, my right hip and shoulder were aching again. When it finally dawned on me that it was the bed causing this, I switched to sleeping on my back (which I actually hate) and now wake up with a stiff back, sore right hip and shoulder. All I can say is that I have already paid for this bed and cannot wait to unload it, yet I feel guilty about causing anyone else the pain that I have suffered this year with my Cloud Supreme, so I can neither sell nor give it away. Even though this bed is only a year old, I dread of sleeping on it and hate to go to bed at night. That being the case, a 20-year warranty is essentially meaningless."

Couldn't be happier

"We had a 10 old basic TempurPedic adjustable bed which we liked. But the adjustable base didn't adjust each side independently. We wanted to get a split adjustable for this reason. Also, we had checked out a Cloud Supreme and loved the softness of the top section, and how it made us instantly comfy, unlike the old basic mattress which took a little while to 'sink in' and conform to the body. Now we get comfortable immediately upon getting into bed, and also don't have the 'lag' in getting comfy again when turning over during the night. I also find I am more refreshed when getting up in the morning, and am sleeping through the entire night much more frequently. I'm getting up in age, and had been experiencing aches and pains in the mornings for the last several years. They have disappeared with the new mattress. By the way, we had a Sleep Number bed in our guest room, and in our opinion, it cannot hold a candle to our Cloud Supreme !"

"I bought this bed in July 2012 after looking at it for over a year. Best thing I've ever done. My daily back pain disappeared within the first week of sleeping on it. If you are considering buying a bed, buy this one. Seriously."

Verry Unhappy

"My wife and I bought a cloud lux a couple of years ago and I no longer can sleep in the bed. My wife said she is uncomfortable, but by the time I get up the next morning,after a night of tossing and turning I hurt so bad that I had to call my chiropractor to relieve my pain.I have been sleeping in our guest beedroom because I cannot sleep in this bed. worst Ever"

Great Bed

"This is truly the best bed i have ever owned. If you have never owned one, then the first week you might not like it, but after your body adjust to sleeping correctly, you'll love it. I have had my bed about 8 months. I used to wake up with back pain and sometimes with neck or sholder pain. Thanks to this bed i sleep better, wake rested and pain free. I read all the reviews, went and tested one at a showroom but i was still unsure until i had mine for a couple of weeks. The results may not be the same for everyone but for me it's outstanding."

Better sleep with no pain

"My husband & I are in our 60's & both have back & hip problems,as well as arthritis. We had a top of the line name brand mattress set that we purchased about 6 years ago. For the last year or so we have been getting up in the morning with all sorts of aches & pains, especially back pain. Our nights were very restless with tossing & turning & waking up many times throughout the night. It was time to replace our mattress. We knew we didn't want the same type of sleep system,so the search was on for something different. One of the many stores we went to had Tempur-Pedic mattresses on display. We tried most of the models,but none seemed comfortable to us,we were about to give up. The last one we tried was the Cloud Supreme & it was amazing. We both felt the comfort & support this model had.This was it! We have had our Cloud Supreme since Oct.5,2012 & I have to say purchasing this set was the best decision we could have made. We are both sleeping well, there is little or no pain when we get up in the morning,but most of all we feel better,because we are getting the restful nights sleep that is necessary for our health & well being. Our best advice is, take your time to choose the right model for your level of comfort & support,& you will be glad you did."

"I tried the original Tempurpedic bed about 15 years ago, but I thought it was A: too firm, B: slept too hot, and C: created a "valley" where I laid that made it difficult to roll over. That bed didn't make it through the 90 day trail period, and we sent it back. I was reluctant to try another Tempurpedic, but I have a bad back and neck which causes pain after lying in bed for four hours or more, and I needed something. Trouble is, every time I went into the store to try different beds, the only one that gave me that "ahh" feeling was the Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme, but I was concerned about the problems stated above. Finally, after literally months of searching I bit the bullet and ordered one of these, knowing that at least I had the trial period in which to return it. Not going to return it! This bed is a quantum leap over the original; it is extremely comfortable, plus we were both pleasantly surprised that it really didn't take any time at all to "break in." The smell still needs to dissipate somewhat, but it will go away, leaving us with a bed that should last a very long time and produce some great sleeping. Bottom line is that I'm sleeping longer without pain. I love this bed."

High meets Low

"We purchased the Tempur-Cloud Supreme about a year ago. We were assured that this particular bed had the right combination of comfort and support. We were misled. We purchased the King mattress and the King high-profile foundation. There is a ridge in the middle of the bed (probably from the foundation)that makes it impossible to sleep towards the middle of the bed. This ridge is SO high and SO wide that my husband and I have to sleep in a space about 24 inches across on either side of the bed. No cuddling for us! There is no support in this bed at all. If you love softness - go for it. I wake every morning with a severe case of sciatica from the lack of support. I hate this bed and I regret every night that we purchased it."

Best Sleep Ever!!!

"I was sleeping on an innerspring mattress the last 12 years, and thought it was comfortable at the time. However, I was waking up multiple times every night and turning over from one side or the other because of pressure points. Since I got my Cloud Supreme, I am sleeping consistently through the night. My sleep has improved so much that I now wake up automatically 1-2 hours earlier than I used to, and I now have time to go to the gym everyday! I can't believe how much more energy I have! I recommend getting the Ergo Advanced Adjustable Base with it because even though I'm a side sleeper, I elevate my head and feet slightly and it is very comfortable for me. I also enjoy watching tv and reading in bed a lot more because all you have to do is hit a button and it goes into the preset position."

I love my Cloud Supreme!

"I bought a Tempur-Pedic Cloud Supreme in August of 2012. I was very scared of the amount of money I was spending. I wasted $2,500.00 on 2 innerspring mattresses b-4 this and had to sell them. This bed meets all my expectations! My Fibromyalgia is better. It is easy on my pressure points when I sleep. I also get into REM sleep now. It truly is like a cloud. I have had no problem with hot spots and I am in AZ. The chambers to release heat work. The only problem I have encountered is sheets popping off when I raise the bed. Tempur sells sheets that are designed not to pop off and they work. Yes we spent a lot of money but I don't regret it. We are in our late 50's and I am sure this will be our last bed purchase. We also bought the Ergo Adjustable base and love it, especially the gentle massage feature.It lulls me to sleep. Look at it as an investment in your health. Also like being at Donald Trumps Hotel in Vegas every night!"

Disappointed, too hot

"It is very comfortable. Love the feel. But unfortunately after sleeping for a bit the bed becomes too warm. Despite salesmen telling me about the better ventilation and it feeling cooler it really does heat up too much. If you like the bed really hot you would enjot this But for me the heat brings the comfort value down. I find myself moving to the spare bedroom to sleep the rest of the night. Also- has not fixed my back psin. Is a little better, but not sure if just a new mattress of any sort would have helped just. Still waking up with back pain. Wouldnt buy this again. Disappointed that what seemed like we be so wonderful to begin with ends up not being that. "

Love it....

"We bought our bed back in December and I honestly hated it at first. The sales guy said to give it the full 90 days as the bed did have to "break in" before we would begin to like it. My husband loved it right from the start and went from sleepless nights to sleeping a full 8 hours. For me however it took time, but now I love it. I have gone to hotels and slept in those beds and came home with a sore back, and one night sleep on our bed and I am as good as new. I have to say that it is a little warm when we are both in the bed, but luckily we work opposite shifts so it is not that bad. If you like a soft bed with good support this one is it. Very expensive, but it is worth it, as we both have no more back or hip pain."

LOVE this bed!

"Our Cloud Supreme Bed was delivered June 29, 2012. We sleep so much better. It does sleep warm than most beds, but I like a warm bed. Husband just takes off the comforter when he is too warm. We do not wake each other up tossing and turning. I have had a dream every night since the first night on this bed. I know I am getting into the REM sleep stage. The cloud pillows came with the bed and we do not like the thickness and it hurt our necks. Hope to find a pillow to top off the LOVE of this mattress."

"We purchased the Cloud Supreme mattress and foundation from a retailer 6 months ago. The bed is just too soft, and I am more sore now than I was on a broken-down box spring mattress. I am a side and back sleeper and weigh 130 lbs. We went to the mattress store about 10 times and layed on the models for 10-15 minutes each to decide on a Tempupedic mattress. We chose the Supreme due to the comfort and the fact that it's the "best seller." I wish we would have gone with the standard Cloud mattress. This mattress is so much softer than when it arrived and also softer than the store model. It's upsetting because it's quite an investment (one that we'll be paying off for 2 years), and I honestly feel like we're stuck."

Increased pain

"My husband and I purchased the Cloud Supreme after we visited the Sleep Number store. We decided on this mattress as it appeared comfortable in the store and had a great warranty. After 30 days i wanted to return the mattress but felt i needed more time to adjust. Today is day 90 and we are going to do a return as I have had increased pain in my back, as well as hip and shoulder pain which i did not have prior to owning this mattress. It is my understanding that if you are a side sleeper this is not your ideal mattress and do not recommend it. I wish i had gone with the SN bed but am now forced to do an exchange (I hope). "
