Unless you have a platform or a bed that requires no foundation, our Swedish Sleep System®—which is integrated with a Tempur-Pedic matching foundation for maximum performance—is recommended. Our mattresses and foundations are compatible with most standard frames and bed furniture.

Our Adjustable Systems include Mattress, Adjustable Base, and Wireless Remote Control. Dual Systems include two of each.

No Sleep System is complete without the perfect pillow. We’ve developed a wide variety of Tempur-Pedic pillow styles and sizes, all utilizing our TEMPUR® pressure-relieving material.
