Mattresses, Foundations

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress—after all, 94% of owners are satisfied with their Tempur-Pedic mattress. We want you to be confident, so we offer our 90 Night Tryout. We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 90 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, call us. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress and foundation back and refund your money, less shipping charges.

After your first 90 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10 Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty on mattresses.

TEMPUR-Ergo adjustable bases, TEMPUR-Up Foundation

While we do not accept returns on TEMPUR-Ergo bases or the TEMPUR-Up Foundation, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties. TEMPUR-Ergo Premier has a 5 year full parts and labor warranty with the frame warranted for life.  TEMPUR-Ergo Plus and the TEMPUR-Up Foundation have 3 years full parts and labor coverage with 15- and 25-year limited warranties, respectively.  If you experience problems with your adjustable base or Up Foundation, call us 800-979-1457 to talk to the Tempur-Pedic specialists at the manufacturer. They can help, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue.

Pillows, Bed Linens, Bed Frames, Mattress Toppers, Slippers, Travel & Home products

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.

Retail store purchases

If you bought your Tempur-Pedic product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
