Delivery and Shipping

We try to make our delivery and shipping charges simple and fair. We want you to be as happy with the delivery of your product as you are with the product itself.

Mattresses, Foundations, Frames, TEMPUR-Ergo adjustable bases, TEMPUR-Home Sleepers

We deliver Bed orders using our White Glove Service. We bring them to your home, set them up for you, remove the packing materials, and even remove your old mattress and box spring if you want us to.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time varies, depending on the distance from one of our delivery hubs to your home.

Special delivery requests

Saturday delivery: please place your order by phone and we can quote pricing for Saturday delivery.

Faster delivery: please place your order by phone, tell us how quickly you need it, and we can quote pricing for expedited delivery.

Special delivery conditions: if there are any unusual circumstances (such as multiple flights of stairs) please note them when you place your order and again when we call to arrange delivery. This will allow us to make sure we have the correct equipment and staff to deliver your bed.

The rates below apply to a single bed (mattress + foundation, mattress + adjustable base) or Sleeper; orders with multiple beds or Sleepers may incur increased delivery charges.

On delivery day

When we deliver your new bed, there must be an adult (18 years and older) at home to accept delivery and sign to accept. We’re sorry, but if there is no adult, we can’t leave your new product.

$10 Flat-Rate Shipping

We ship any number of items for one simple flat rate per order. Standard shipping is $10, or upgrade to faster shipping to get your products sooner. If products from your order ship separately, there’s no additional charge.

  • Ship using United States Postal Service
  • Additional charges may apply; we will call you to confirm total charges

Dog Beds

$18.95 Shipping

These items currently ship direct from Orvis, which produces the beds for us. Personalization requires 2 additional days. Sorry, there is no option for faster shipping.

If your order includes a dog bed and products that are eligible for faster shipping, the entire order will ship using UPS Ground. To receive faster shipping on the other products, please place them in a separate order.
