As soon as I got the Tempur-Pedic SidePillow, the tension in my neck and spine almost completely disappeared *literally* overnight. Truly. I no longer have to rely on drugs and massage several times a week just to get through my day. It made a drastic difference not only in my neck and shoulders but also the comfort of my entire spine.

It took some time to get used to the mattress as we have always slept on an inner spring. Now that we have made the transition, we would not go back. The same is true of the pillows. The only draw back is the temperature of the bed in the winter is cold at first, but warms up after you lay down for a while.
