We encourage you to protect your investment by keeping your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the 20-Year Limited Warranty you received with your new Tempur-Pedic mattress.

Advanced Performance Mattress Protector Warranty

Tempur-Pedic International Inc. guarantees that to the original purchaser of an Advanced Performance Mattress Protector it will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or defects during the period of 10 yrs from date of purchase as a result of normal household use.

If you have a warranty concern, please do not return your mattress protector to place of purchase. Call Tempur-Pedic Customer Service at 1-800-821-6621.

To process your claim, the following procedures must take place:

Proper laundering and care instructions must have been followed
Machine-wash and dry the mattress protector immediately after spillage incident, optimally while fluid is still wet.
Register claim within 5 days of incident by calling Tempur-Pedic Customer Service at 1-800-821-6621.
The product must be returned to Tempur-Pedic Customer Service for inspection and validation of claim.
Original purchase receipt for your Advanced Performance Mattress Protector must be provided for validated warranty.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:

Normal wear and tear, normal everyday soiling, or commercial use; Protectors that are abused or not handled per laundering instructions, or commercially laundered; Stains caused by non-food related grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, alcohol, dyes, solvents, corrosives, sides of mattress, linens, foundation, box spring or mattresses not using a protector.

THIS WARRANTY REPLACES AND SUPERSEDES AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME OR UNDERTAKE FOR TEMPUR-PEDIC ANY OTHER LIABILITY CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT. TEMPUR-PEDIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND AND SHALL ONLY BE REQUIRED TO SERVICE THE FAULTY STAIN. THIS WARRANTY IS MADE BY TEMPUR-PEDIC AND IS NOT MADE BY OR ON BEHALF OF ITS DISTRIBUTORS, RETAILERS, OR ANY OTHER PARTY.
