We encourage you to protect your investment by keeping your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the 20-Year Limited Warranty you received with your new Tempur-Pedic mattress.

Advanced Performance Mattress Protector Warranty

Your Tempur-Pedic Advanced Performance Mattress Protector will be replaced, without cost to you, if it is found defective due to faulty workmanship or materials within ten (10) years from date of purchase, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

If you have a warranty concern, please do not return your mattress protector to place of purchase. Call 800-999-5219.

To process your claim, you must:

  1. Confirm proper laundering and care instructions have been followed
  2. Machine-wash and dry the mattress protector immediately after any spillage incident, optimally while fluid is still wet.
  3. Register claim within 5 days of incident by calling GBS Enterprises at 1-800-999-5219.
  4. Return the product for inspection and validation as instructed. Shipping and handling fees are your responsibility.
  5. Provide the original purchase receipt for your Advanced Performance Mattress Protector.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:


Normal wear and tear, normal everyday soiling, or commercial use; Protectors that are abused or not handled per laundering instructions, or commercially laundered; Stains caused by non-food related grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, alcohol, dyes, solvents, corrosives, or sides of mattress, linens, foundation, box spring or mattresses not using a protector.

To the extent that any of these exclusions are not permitted under the laws of your state, that particular exclusion does not apply to you.

The duration of any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise is limited to 10 years from the date of purchase. Replacement of the mattress cover (if applicable) or mattress is a one-time replacement only. If a defect in your protector results in damage to your mattress, your mattress will be cleaned, repaired or replaced at our discretion. In the event that either the mattress or mattress cover is replaced all obligation under this warranty shall end. This warranty is non-transferrable.
