3-year Limited Warranty: Pillow and Cushion

Tempur-Pedic, Inc. guarantees your Tempur-Pedic Swedish Neck Pillow™ or other comfort product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during specified warranty period below, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the TEMPUR® pressure-relieving material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature – aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the product. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the material that causes the product to not return to it’s original shape. It also covers any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. The removable cover is warranted for two (2) years against faults in material or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the product was not purchased directly from Tempur-Pedic, Inc., you must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
