Can I use my existing 4 poster/sleigh bed/etc with my TEMPUR® Advanced Ergo System™?: The adjustable base is designed to fit into most modern beds. However, we have had some difficulty fitting them into antique beds. We always recommend the customer measure the inside dimensions of the bed before purchasing an adjustable base.
How do I program my remote control?: Please refer to the user manual that came with your TEMPUR® Advanced Ergo System™ or you can download it here. For phone assistance please contact a Leggett and Platt representative at 800-888-3078.
I am having a problem with my TEMPUR Advanced Ergo System - who do I contact?: If you experience any trouble with your TEMPUR Advanced Ergo System during the warranty period, please consult the troubleshooting section of your Reference Guide. Are all Tempur-Pedic Mattresses compatible with the TEMPUR Advanced Ergo System?: No, the TEMPUR Advanced Ergo System is not recommended for The GrandBed by Tempur-Pedic or The BellaSonna Bed by Tempur-Pedic.
