We believe that our customers’ opinions are valuable, and that potential buyers benefit from reading product reviews. That’s why we post them here. If you own a Tempur-Pedic product, we invite you to submit a review.

Who can submit reviews?

Anyone who has purchased Tempur-Pedic products, whether on this website, from our telephone order line or from a retail store.

What should my review include?

•  Specifics: while we want to know if you like the product (or not), it’s most helpful to potential buyers to know specifically what you liked or disliked.
• Length: write enough to give readers some facts about your experience, but not so much that they’ll stop reading. The ideal length is 75 to 500 words.
• Truth: we want you to be honest about your experience. That’s why we publish both positive and negative reviews. We have guidelines for “What’s not allowed” (see below), but we do not remove reviews because they’re negative.

What's not allowed

We appreciate your comments, but we do not allow reviews that include:

• Obscenity, profanity or distasteful content
• Advertising or promotional material
• Material written by someone else
• Phone numbers, mailing addresses, and URLs outside of TempurPedic.com
• Details about availability, price, or alternate ordering/shipping
• Comments on other reviews
• Duplicate reviews of the same product from the same reviewer
