Sizes are off and is non returnable

"I ordered a pair for my wife and when they run a size or 2 small normally one would return them for another size. I called customer service only to find out they do not take returns. how can you sell something thats function is totally dependent on size and not take returns. I could understand sheets, they know what the size of the bed is, but they don't know my wife foot and comfort. BAD, will not buy online from them again."

"I wear a size 8. I can buy athletic shoes and western boots by mail and know an 8 will fit. I ordered the slipper moc and mule. Both were very small. If you have a normal size instep you will not be able to even get it on your foot. I had several friends that wear an 8 try to get it on and they couldn't either."

"A pair of these Suede Mules were sent to me free of charge for review. The first pair was a little large so I exchanged them without any problem. They run a little large so I suggest ordering a half size smaller then you normally wear. First, these slippers are extremely comfortable with memory foam in the insole...they cushion every step! I'm a diabetic with neuropathy in my feet and the leather uppers keep my feet warm and toasty. The sole is a rubber-like material and is great for walking outdoors while still keeping my feet warm. I would buy these even if they hadn't been sent for free. A quality product well worth the money!"
