Runs large, great customer service

"Love these slippers! I wear a 10M in all shoes and originally ordered an XL. The shoes were so big they fell off my feet. Called customer service and the person who helped me was wonderful. She emailed a prepaid UPS return label and sent the new pair of L cloud mic slippers right away. They fit perfectly. Super soft and comfy with a sturdy sole that can be worn outside. I was hesitant to order shoes online but am happy I did. If I continue to love these slippers half as much as I love my tempurpedic mattress, I'll be in good shape. Thanks!"

These are aptly named!

" I just replaced my wall-to-wall carpets with hardwood floors, and was shocked at the difference underfoot. These slippers are great for that transition, and I like that they have an 'outdoor' sole for trash runs. I wish they had a dark color, too. Also would like to see insertable insoles so I could put this foam in other shoes!"

Non Returnable/Non Refundable

"If you buy these slippers, or any other slippers from Tempurpedic, make sure they will fit you. You cannot return these slippers for any reason. I did not see anything about that when I was ordering these slippers and they do not fit. Now I am stuck with expensive slippers that I can't wear. Their refund policy does not specifically say slippers are non returnable. I have a Tempurpedic mattress and I love it, so I'm disappointed that they can take my thousands of dollars for the mattress, but won't even take back slippers that don't fit."

"I love these slippers! I also have a pair of the classic slippers but I prefer these. I love that they come in small! They are very comfortable on my tile floors and I like that I can walk in and out of the house with them. Another great Tempur-Pedic product!! "

"I received my shoes a couple of weeks ago and overall I am very impressed. They have met and exceeded my expectations. The shoes are just as wonderful as my TempurPedic mattress in that they're comfy and return to their original shape very nicely. They're warm but not too warm, and snug but not tight as to feel binding. The ONLY drawback that I've had is that I have plantars fascitis and they don't quite offer the support I need. As far as wearing them while I watch tv or do something else sitting down they feel so wonderful. I would definitely recommend these to others though and hopefully after I have foot surgery I will be able to wear these more often. (I gave the sleep quality rating a 4 because I didn't ever sleep in them but assume they would be just fine)"

"Sleep quality? Well, I would give them a 5 stars if I could sleep in them ;) We have hardwood flooring throughout our whole downstairs and my feet were constantly hurting after buzzing around the kitchen etc. We had just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed and pillow so I thought I would give these slippers a try. I was not disappointed at all. These fluffy white slippers of goodness are my babies. As soon as I get up in the morning and home in the afternoon they are on my feet the rest of the day/evening. My feet ache no longer. They are so comfortable and made of very quality material. Love them! I will say they run a tad small so I would go up a size if you are in between. I wear a 7 to a 7 1/2 shoe and I went with the medium. My toes are at the end but since the material is very soft it does not take away from the coziness. Will absolutely buy another pair when I have put to many miles on these :) "

"I received my slippers four days ago and my feet have never been happier! The slippers are very well made and so comfortable you'll forget you have them on. My feet stay comfy and warm but not hot and sweaty. The rubber sole is great for slipping outside to get the paper or feed the birds, but the most important part - the Tempur-Pedic insole - is pure is heaven. I especially love the fact that when you take the pressure off the insole, it returns to its original state, so that each time you stand up it's like stepping into a cloud again! My daughter tried them and fell in love. She works 10 hours/day in food service and said these would be wonderful to have after a long day on her feet. As for sizing, I wear an 8 - 8 1/2 shoe and ordered a pair of Large (8-9). Sometimes I have to get wide widths because shoe styles are too narrow (i.e. tennis shoes, slip-ons). I was afraid these might also be too narrow, but they fit perfectly - not too snug and just right in length! If you're on your feet all day at work or just want a pair of slippers that will comfortably cuddle your tooties, this is the slipper for you! "

"I knew when I saw these slippers on this website that they were what I have been looking for for years. Then, when they arrived and I first put them on, I was overjoyed. What comfort! They fit perfectly and it truly is like walking on a cloud. I am considering ordering a second pair just to have on hand for the unlikely situation this pair would ever wear out. I have them on all the time when I am home and get separation anxiety when I must put on my shoes to go out. "

"I've had my cloud moc slippers for approximately 2 weeks now; and have to say I love them. The soles are a thick pliable rubber which is fantastic for walking around inside on the wood floors and perfect when I have to go out with the dogs. The body of the slippers are a thick soft plushy fleece - they have kept my feet warm but not hot/sweaty like some slippers do and the suede around the bottom helps offer some protection and keeps the fleece from getting dirty. The best of all is the insole.....when you put these slippers on and take your first steps it is heavenly; they make my feet feel rested after 8hrs of working retail. I would recommend these slippers to everyone looking for warmth and comfort. One thing to note - sizing - I wear a size 11 shoe and the slippers I have are a women's XL 9.5-10.5 (the largest women's size they make); they are a bit small for me. I would say the sizing they state is true to size. If these were any smaller I would be unable to wear them, and would have to buy the men's slipper in order to wear them. "
