The travel size version of our NeckPillow is designed for sleepers who need a more controlled sleep posture. The included convenient storage pouch allows it to be used as a neck roll or lumbar support.
Given the personal nature of this product, we cannot accept returns. Read our Return Policy.
In 2005 I was deployed and had a layover in VA. I purchased my travel neck pillow just for the plane ride there and back. I had no idea I'd love it as much as I did, use it as much as I did or miss it as I do. It meet an unfortunate demise at the hands/paws of my wife which was jealous of it because I would never let her use it, or my kids that thought it might be fun to pick it apart or even my dog that may have thought it a chew toy. Needless to say I took it to work when I had to work 24/48/72hr shifts at the fire house on base and back home. I'd say it moved every day for 3yrs before it was murdered. I will/am getting another maybe even one for my wife.
I purchased this pillow and used it strictly for travel, keeping it in the included storage bag when not in use. I had great use out of it for over 2 years. After not using the pillow for over 6 months, I open up the storage bag, remove the pillow, only to find that it won't expand to it's full size. Due to to the personal nature of the product I fully understand that it isn't something that can be returned. I have to say it was the most comfortable travel pillow I have ever used, but find it hard to purchase a new one thinking that I may encounter the same problem.
Have used regular Tempur-Pedic pillow and liked it but the travel pillow only comes in one size and it is too big. I wake up with a neck ache with this pillow. Not what Tempur-Pedic advertises. The website isn't forthcoming about the travel pillow only coming in one size (it's probably a large) so now I've spent $80 for a pillow that I can't use. Don't buy the travel pillow. Buy the regular size pillow and choose the size that fits your body size.
We purchased this pillow for my daughter, and my husband (an ER physician) just loves it so much that he asked me to get one for everyone in our family. The small size does not take away from the amazing support and we can literally take them anywhere with us, -camping, on the plane, in the car, and he keeps one at work. This and the travel set combination are definite necessities, if you'd like to feel luxurious anywhere. Thanks, Tempurpedic!
I have a Tempurpedic pillow at home and I LOVE it!! I travel extensively for my job and I was just not sleeping well, especially since most of my travel locations are not in major cities. After trying to sleep on pillows that were the thickness of cheap folded towels, my better half bought me a travel pillow! Why did I not think of that? WHAT A RELIEF!! I put it in the brightest, ugliest pillow case I could find so I would not forget it in the hotel room and I have been sleeping soundly on the road ever since! No more tossing and turning and beating up pillows in the middle of the night!
If you know a business traveler do them a favor and get them one of these small pillows, and if they are a little bit flustered when they check out of hotel rooms and get forgetful, like I do, get them a bright ugly pillow case too!! They won't forget their pillow that way.
I bought the travel size contoured pillow thinking that it would be almost as good as the standard size. I was very disappointed to find that the support of the small size was not nearly as good. On top of that, there is a no return policy from Tempur-Pedic even though I used a pillowcase on top of theirs. I will not purchase anything else directly from this company, but rather use a retail store that allows returns.
Purchasing my second pillow; first lasted several years and is now loosing it's firmness. I use this pillow for travel and at home for a restful sleep with just the right amount of neck support. I wish the price of this smaller size was less than the standard.
I recieved this pillow with a purchase of a matress. When sleeping on your back it can be very comfortable but at certain angles it puts a lot of strain on the neck and has caused me to wake with horrible headaches.
