"I have disc problems in my lower back. My old mattresses always caused me to wake up with even more back pain. My husband also tends to get up several times during the night. The whole mattress would shake and creak, waking me up every time! So, we broke down and got a TempurPedic, even though we were afraid to spend that much money on a mattress. Our mattress was delivered yesterday and after just 1 night, we can honestly say, that was the best night's sleep either of us has ever had! My back didn't hurt this morning and, when my husband got up during the night, I didn't feel or hear a thing and didn't wake up a single time! As far as the price goes, you can spend less on a regular mattress and have to replace it every few years, or you can spend a little more and not have to pay for another mattress for the next 20 years! If you ask me, you can't put a price on great sleep! "

"I've always wanted a TempurPedic bed. For most of my life I've used the memory foam pad on my mattress. It was time to purchase a memory foam bed that I could enjoy for a while. I love firm mattress due to my lower back pain that I endure from time to time. Best sleep on this mattress. Also, with my SuprimaPillows that I purchased, I could not have asked for the ultimate rest of my life. TempurPedic is the way to go for a great night's rest. All the other knock off brands maybe cheaper, but you pay a little more for great quality. In any household, your most expensive piece of furniture should be your bed because you will most of your time there anyways. Thank you TempurPedic."

"I've had the Advantage for about 4 months now and can honestly say it's the best purchase I've ever made. For the first 2 weeks, it was too firm, but once the memory foam cells opened up, it felt just like the mattress in the store. I have some chronic inflammation in one hip and used to wake up in pain. That doesn't happen with this mattress. I used to wake up with my arms or hands numb and tingling, but that is a thing of the past too. I'm still a very light sleeper, but this mattress has improved my quality of sleep."

"Positive: I tried Tempurpedic Advantage bed at store and it was very comfortable. When I got it home, I can sleep thru the night and wake up just once or twice. There is less tossing and turning. There are less pressure points compared to innerspring, as the memory foam conforms. Negative: I have lower back pain due to lack of support. Unfortunately for me, this is a show stopper with Tempurpedic mattress. My butt sinks into the memory foam more than innerspring bed. This results in lower back pain. I thought it was just me and I can get used to it. I tried thicker mattress pads to reduce the heat transfer and to firm up the memory foam, but that still doesn't work. After 1-1/2 months, I realized memory foam is not a good match for me as I needed a firmer mattress with more support."

"This mattress is the most comfortable, and comfortably firm mattress that I have ever owned, and I am about to order another one. Up until now every other mattress that I have owned has been a waste of money, and not lived up to my expectations."

"I LOVE MY TEMPUR-PEDIC!!! I cannot praise this bed enough!!! No words could explain how GREAT I feel when I get up in the morning. I have fibromyalgia, and when I lay down at night I fall asleep in minutes, and sleep for hours in the same position!! I know this for a fact….I sleep with my arm under my pillow, and my first night when I tried to turn over my shoulder was locked, it woke me up. After I managed to turn over I glanced at the clock and realized I had slept in the same position for FOUR HOURS!!! This would never happen in your traditional bed!! It would take hours to fall asleep, and I would toss and turn all night. All I can say is "BUY THIS BED, YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT"!!!!! "

"After sleeping on my Advantage bed for 2 months it has softened a little but it is still really firm. I end up sleeping on my back and snoring (loudly) every night. This wakes my girlfriend and she bumps me... I wake up. If you are a side sleeper this bed is probably too firm. I believe the firmness invariably forces you to roll onto your back or stomach. Still like the feel of mattress but need something softer. Thinking about trying the Tempur-Cloud or just returning the Advantage Bed."

"I've had this bed for 6 years now and it's as comfortable today as it was the day I bought it. I used to have terrible back pain most of my life until the first night I slept on this bed. It's as if I've taken years of wear and tear off my body. If you work hard or play hard, you NEED this bed to recover each night and be able to perform to your fullest the next day. "

"I bought this bed because I there was only one time in my life where I remembered waking up feeling rested, and it was when I slept on a friend's tempurpedic bed. It was the most amazing sleep I'd ever felt and was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. So when it was time to get a new mattress of my own, it wasn't even an option to get anything other than my own TempurPedic mattress. I've had it now for 2 years and it is still just as comfortable as the day I got it, if not more (since its broken in and not as stiff as it was brand new). Everytime I have guests over I offer to sleep on the couch, and each time they revel in how amazingly comfortable the bed is. Best mattress purchase ever! "
