"November of 2011 my wife dragged me out to try the tempur cloud. I saw the price online and cant say i was excited. However our last pillow top bed was 5 years old and just sagging and slept horrible (Serta perfect sleeper by the way). When I first laid on the bed, i cant say if I liked it or not, it was just different. Long story short, my wife wanted it so we bought it. The delivery was smooth and fast (HH Gregg). The first few nights I tried sleeping on it like it was a regular bed and I didnt sleep well. After a few restless nights I went to bed exhausted and I slept great. I just had to learn how to sleep on it. Strange, having to learn how to sleep? Yep. Every night since I have slept like a champ. Best nights sleep I have ever had. Truely. Just remember when you climb in bed (Im a side sleeper) you have to press your hips and shoulders into the bed to get the tempur material to form around you. Not too soft, not too hard but as Goldilocks said its just right. This is the first review Ive ever written about a product yet if you are considering this bed vs air beds or a pillow top give it a whirl. I will never buy another type of bed again. Like I told my wife, I like it so much you may see my face in a commercial. Matt"

"The Tempur-Cloud Supreme might be the best bed in the world... My wife and I purchased the Tempur-Cloud Supreme about 4 weeks ago, and at first wondered if we had made a mistake because of the insanely high cost. However, after several weeks of the best rest we can either one remember, we could not be happier with our purchase. Even similarly priced spring / latex mattresses are not anywhere near as comfortable as this mattress is. We will post another review after several years of ownership, but the bed and foundation seem exceptionally high quality. The bottom line, try one out, you will not regret it - we simply can't imagine anyone writing a negative review on a Tempur-Cloud Supreme after our experience."

"Last year I "upgraded" our bed from a medium high grade standard bed to the Cloud Supreme. After sleeping on this bed for 9 months I am done. I now have constant back pain and wake up feeling just as bad if not worse than when I laid down to sleep. Slept on the floor the other night with a sleepingbag and had a better night sleep. Now this bed may be good for some people it's not for me. Getting rid of this bed and going back to a standard mattress. "

"My son had been telling us that we needed a Tempur-pedic but I was hesitant due to the cost. We finally gave in and purchased the Cloud Supreme and boy are we glad we did! My husband and I both are getting the best night's sleep we have ever had!!! My husband could only sleep for an hour or two due to shoulder pain/numbness, now he is sleeping through the night without waking!! We LOVE our Tempur-Cloud Supreme and are recommending it to everyone!!"

"For years I have been waking up and reading for an hour or two each night because my back was sore from our mattress (it was a very expensive mattress). Both my wife tossed and turned throughout the night, waking each other up in the process because of bed shake. I'm sure I was dreaming, but for years have not been able to remember what I was dreaming about. When my wife had to go in for emergency back surgery I saw Tempur-Pedic was offering four year interest free financing so decided to see if the hype was just that...hype. I spoke to a number of people who had Tempur-Pedic mattresses (note there were none who didn't like their mattress) and decided to go with the Tempur-Cloud Supreme with a 9" foundation. We had to sleep on the old mattress for one week before our Tempur-Pedic was delivered and set up. I'd read that walking on the mattress helped break it in so walked on it for two days, but in reality felt it was unnecessary. From the first night sleeping on the mattress both my wife and I were amazed! At first any tossing/turning seemed to just be out of habit and has been greatly reduced over the three weeeks we've had the bed. We used to wake up everytime one of us got out of bed, but now don't even feel when the other person gets up. And what really freaks me out is I now remember my dreams. The quality of sleep we both have been enjoying is amazing, especially my wife with her back surgery. It was a little expensive, but in our opinion well worth the cost. There is a woody kind of new smell initially, but it went away. We hightly recommend the Cloud!"

"This is it! Got the Contour Signature first because I thought I needed something firmer than the latex mattress I had been sleeping on. Yes, it certainly was firm but way too firm for me (it did soften somewhat but still too firm). Traded it for the Cloud Supreme. What a difference this mattress has made for me & my brittle bones. I love it. It's comfortably soft yet not soggy soft, supportive without pushing back, doesn't make me hot & sweaty like my memory foam topper did, & cushions my hips & shoulders perfectly when I sleep on my side. I do not feel like I've sunk so much that I can't turn over and I am no lightweight either. Overall, this was a perfect choice for me & one I would highly recommend for people who like a less than firm mattress. Worth the price. Spend the dollars, you're worth it."

"Can't say enough good things about your customer service! This is our 3rd Tempur product. Had a problem with our cloud sumpeme purchased a little over a year ago. Within a week of submitting a warrenty packet e-mailed to me we had a new mattress and are sleeping again. THANKS for your awesome service"

"Originally gave the Coud Supreme a top rating but after 3weeks I have to change my opinion. Unfortunately the soft yet supportive sleep experience changed. We now have been experiencing lower back pain from lack of lower body support. It seems it has become so soft that we feel we are in a hole when we wake up. Maybe although we are average size people we may be to heavy for such a soft mattress. Unfortunately it will go back but we will replace it with a Medium firm temper pedic as I truly believe in the product and service. I trust the new choice of a medium bed will solve the problem. We look forward to a smooth exchange and would still recommend temper pedic to anyone. "

"I have suffered with chronic pain and then fibromyalgia from a accident I had over 11 years ago that has left a vibrant man in a constant state of "search" for anything that would help make the days and nights tolerable. After custom latex mattresses ,memory foam and the best innerspring mattress's money could buy I finally did what I knew would be my final attempt and ordered the temper-pedic king cloud supreme and it is the best decision I have ever made. After only 2 nights I wake up feeling as close to normal as I could dare Dream. The softness is perfect and the support is even and reassuring. I have spent 4x the price on all the mattresses I have given away and only wish I had done this from the beginning but then again the Cloud Supreme is a new model and I think the timing was perfect. "This is only the second review I have written on a product. I am a old guy with a lower back problem who needs a firmer mattress with a wife likes a softer one. Because i didnt want to spend a fortune on a mattress to relace our old sagging one, my wife and I purchased a mid range spring mattress from Macys. It was pure torture sleeping on it, so we returned it. We then purchased a high end memory foam mattress from Costco, but also returned it-it was like sleeping on a granite slab. I pulled out our blow-up camping mat and placed a foam topper on it to sleep on. My wife then proceeded to pull me into a Mattress store after work to look at a Tempurpedic mattress. I looked at the prices and said no way. My wife then pulled me over to a Cloud Supreme mattress with an Ergo base and told me to lay down. I did. She adjusted the Ergo base. For the first time in a long time I felt no pain in my lower back! We bought it on the spot. It has been a couple of months now, and I believe that it has been one of the best investments we have made. I no longer wake up with my back hurting and look forward to sleeping! PS. Get the Ergo base, it is well worth the money. "

"We purchased the split king cloud supreme, w/ advanced ergo adujustable base, and tempur-traditional pillows, sheet sets, and mattress protector. This was our 3rd mattress in 10 years (used to have a simmons beauty rest memory foam pillow top). My husband and I are side sleepers, and like soft beds. After 2 years, our mattresses always seem to wear out. We looked into many beds (sleep number, other memory foam, and latex beds). Now, I no longer have sore shoulders or neck cramping. I also stay in once place at night, and don't wake up. I just had a baby, which makes feeding at night so much easier (I programmed a different setting for feeding, watching tv, and sleeping). Though I could do w/o the massage feature, I love the adjustable base with wireless remote (the regular ergo doesn't have the wireless remote or memory button features). As for the accessories, I suspect that the mattress protector might not fit the cloud supreme as well as others, but I don't find it "noisy." It is like a thin umbrella material. The sheets are great, b/c they have an elastic corner to keep it from coming off the bed, and the pillows are wonderful, if you like a down pillow feel, w/o losing support (no fluffing needed, they stay the same all the time). Best bed we've ever had! FYI, we thought the bed was really firm at first, but whoever said to walk on the bed was genius. We broke in the bed, in 3 days walking on it. Now, it's really soft and supportive, which is what we were looking for!"

"We have had our Cloud Supreme for just over two months and I am so glad we made this purchase! I have to admit that the first night on our new mattress was terrible. I woke up in the morning feeling stiff all over and was miserable. After a week, I wasn't stiff anymore and after two, I had completely changed my tune. There is definitely a break-in time. I haven't slept through the night or been able to fall asleep quickly in a couple years and thought it was a combination of getting older and medication that I take. It never occurred to me that it was our mattress. Now I fall asleep fairly quickly and stay asleep until morning. I no longer toss and turn like I used to. The other benefit is that since my husband and I often go to bed and get up at different times, one doesn't disturb the other getting in and out of bed. Although the cost is high, I spent two thirds of the cost for our last mattress that needed replacing within eight years. If this mattress lasts nearly as long as they claim it will, it is well worth the cost. Is the mattress a miracle that will solve all your ills? No. Will you sleep better? Absolutely. I would highly recommend spending some time lying on the different models and trying a Tempurpedic."

"Maybe I was so excited to get a Tempurpedic that I had too high of expectations or maybe we didn't try out the bed long enough at the store, but this bed did not work out for us. We purchased the floor model - I thought it was great at the store, but once home I had a difficult time falling asleep and would wake up several times during the night uncomfortable. One morning I woke up with both arms and both legs tingling. My husband thought it was much too firm also. After one week we exchanged it for a new Cloud Luxe. The Luxe has a softer top layer, is a little more conforming yet very supportive and we are sleeping much better! Still it's not all I expected for the cost. I still wake up with my usual minor aches that I've always had."

"Just returning the favor for having these ratings available which I used in making our choice on a mattress. My wife and I test drove all the Tempur-Pedic lines and settled on the Cloude Supreme for the right combination of softness and firmness for our liking. Also tried the Serta line and a very nice store brand which we liked better than the Serta, but the Cloud Supreme beat that out by a little. We had two concerns going in; the issue with the smell and the heat issue. As for the smell, there was no odor in the store of the display mattress so I'm safe to assume it will go away. It's not offensive or chemically smelling, more of a woody, fresh plywood, lumber type smell. We have had no issues with it sleeping hot and that was our number one concern. Our last innerspring mattress lasted 6 years and cost about 2/3 what this did. They just don't make innersprings like they used to. Our sales guy said he gets about 20% returns on innersprings and zero on all the memory foam beds. "

"i had at first a temper contur select for 3 weeks it was a little to hard so i exchance it for 2 tempur-clud supreme twim long for me & my wife. iam very pleased with it . i sleep all night. very comforable. best i ever had. my wife says same thing. we are very safisfied & would recommend this matress for everybody. it is the best i bought in 50 years .com recommend yes"

"I LOVE my TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. We got the ergo adjustable base. WOW - it is wonderful to sit up in bed to watch TV or read. And the massage is great. I am so thrilled that we bought this bed. I used to wake up in the morning and could barely walk because my back hurt so badly. After only the second night in my new TEMPUR-Cloud all my aches and stiffness have disappeared. THANK YOU!!!"

"Tried both the Contour Signature, Rhapsody, & Cloud Supreme. Liked the Cloud Supreme better because we're both side sleepers and it felt more comfortable in that position. I felt less pressure on shoulders than in the others. The Supreme's top layer reacts quickly when you get in it and envelops you. Had bed for approx 30 Days and it just didn't have the support that we had expected. Not that the bed is that uncomfortable, I just felt some minor back aches in the morning the longer we had it and my wife complained that she felt warmer in it. We went back to a retail store to try the beds again and decided to go firmer. At first I went for the Rhapsody, it's top layer is softer than the Contour Signature. My wife described it as "mushy". However, the longer we laid on the beds we decided to go with the Contour Signature because it felt most supportive (to us) despite taking longer to contour to the body. Hopefully it will work out better. I think since we're both bigger people that we need more of a supporting layer than the Cloud Supreme had. I chose to go through Tempur-Pedic online instead of a local retailer because we've had great customer service ordering and exchanging our beds."

"The Cloud Supreme is the perfect mattress in my opinion. It has that initial softness, yet not too soft (like the Luxe). It is a pleasure to sleep on, I literally never wake up in the middle of the night anymore. This was the best money I ever spent."

"I absolutely LOVE mt Tempur Cloud Supreme. You see all kinds of commercials on TV advertising this & that but I can honestly say that this is one product that does what the commercial says. I have Fibromyalgia & athritis and I wake up almost pain free every morning. I never want to get out of my bed . I have only had it about 1 1/2 months and I absolutely love and would highly recommend Tempur-Pedic to anyone."
