"Really disappointed, thought this would really take care of most of my problems I could not sleep thru the night and would take care of back problems. The only thing nice is you don't disturb anyone getting in or out of the bed. For what I spent didn't matter as long as my issues were taking care of, but they were not. I could have gotten the same results with a good mattress for half the price. I bought this through a funiture store so here is a little note for future purchasers once you sign the papers the trial period starts, so for me they took 17 days from the trial period till delivery. "

"My husband literally had to convince me that this was a great purchase. I was still reluctant while at the mattress store, trying to convince myself 4900 dollars would buy me a restful nights sleep. And the thought of waking up without pain I felt would never happen. Well, I am happy to say that after only sleeping on the bed for 3 nights I can tell a HUGE difference. My chronic shoulder pain is GONE!!!! There is no hip pain, and I actually feel like a slept for once. I have a clean house and I even feel like going for a jog! I'm amazed. ALSO, I've never in my life written a review about a product. That is how much I love this bed. Some may complain about spending an excessive amount of money on a mattress but I will say so far it has been worth every penny!!!! My advice to others that are looking into making the investment of a Tempur-pedic is to go to a store and try several out. Lay on them for a while... then go home and sleep on your other mattress. The difference is incredible. Good luck with you shopping people!!! I love my Cloud Luxe!!!!"

"Third times a charm! My husband and I have done musical mattresses. We tried a latex, a combination latex and memory foam and still could not get a good night's sleep. After spending over $2600 for the combo mattress we were still frustrated. Fortunately we purchased that mattress at Sleepys and were told we could upgrade and exchange. On a recent weekend R&R, our bed and breakfast hosts told us their mattresses had a 2 inch memory foam top. After two great nights of sleep we decided to go back and rethink a Tempurpedic. After trying several we selected the Cloud Luxe mainly because we are side sleepers. Sleepys exchanged the mattress and box springs(we paid the difference) and now 10 days later I am very satisfied! I rarely wake up in the middle of the night, we dream deeper and I feel more energized. The cost is ouch, but after trying several beds, it is sooooo worth the money. There is still a tiny foam smell, but not all the time, and it doesn't bother us. This is an amazing bed!"

"Hands down best mattress ever. Don't waste your money on imitations, there is a saying, buying cheep now will cost you more later. It may not be a cheep buy and not everyone has five grand to buy a matress but this mattress was worth every penny. If you like plushy soft beds nothing beats this. Sleep like a king or a queen. Math and logic wise if you divide the cost with quality and years it will last your only spending $200 a year for the best sleep you'll ever have. Honestly I don't get peoples choices, if you have the money why not just go for the best. Four to five hours of sleep feels like I slept for eight hours. Maybe this review doesn't matter much but I'm sleeping good as you read this on your busted bed that you added a cheap memory foam topper from walmart to save money."

"I received my Cloud Luxe as a replacement for the Grand Bed. I can say this, I LOVE IT!!! The Grand was just too firm for me. I couldn't make it more than 3 nights on it. My salesperson at Sleepy's was very helpful in getting it switched out. I didn't mind paying the $350 exchance fee (including delivery) because I couldn't sleep on the bed. Now I'm looking forward to going to bed! I just received two Cloud pillows that I ordered online. I will try those out tonight. Its so nice to sleep without having 2 different toppers and a feather bed on my bed just to get comfy. Needed a ladder to get on it! Thanks Tempur-pedic!"

"I have never wrote a review before because I haven't felt there was ever a product worthy to write about. However, I feel compelled to let consumers know how this mattress has changed my life and in turn will change their lives. We bought the Cloud Luxe and pillows along with the Egyptian Sheets about 5 months ago. My husband and I have gone through 4 expensive beds with zero satisfaction. I was just about to give up and thought a quality bed was nonexistant when a bed technician recommended a Tempur-pedic bed. In addition, I have had back surgery with severe back pain, and a neck injury. I no longer have any pain. I truly love this bed & it is simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! It is expensive but it is an investment for our health. We have never spent our money so wisely. People drop on average 30K on a car, but this expenditure is vital for fantastic deep sleep and overall performance in our daily lives. Yes, if I could I would shout it from the rooftops; but, this review will suffice. My hope is that this review will help people with the important decision process for a new bed. It is most definitely a blessing to sleep in this wonderful bed. I know anyone who will buy this bed will wholeheartedly agree. I'm sincerely grateful for having a pain free life. Tempur-pedic, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such a superior quality and blissfully perfect bed! "

"After 10-Yrs of sleeping in a S&F Pillow Top (Cal. King), it was time to get a new bed. The old S&F started to sag and have two distinct areas where both my wife and I slept. We typically flipped the mattress every other month and even rotated/Flip, but still the same issue. Our backs were hurting so much and no longer getting a good night sleep. So, we figure it was time to go shopping for a new mattress and after evaluating all the different brands and fit, we happened upon the TEMPUR-Cloud Luxe...WOW! From the moment we both sat down and then laid down the bed just felt like a natural fit and there was not even a thought on the other bedding after that. Bottom line...what is a good night’s sleep worth to you...to us it is "Priceless!" After sleeping 3-nights in the bed it has been the best night’s sleep both of us have had in a very long time. You fall asleep and no longer toss and turn throughout the night. With the manufacture Warranty backing the product for the time frame posted (20yrs) and after looking at the approval ratings; this had to be a Win/Win and the initial time frame has shown that we have made the right choice for a Great Night’s sleep. **Bonus…USA Product with only a few item imported to be assembled here in the USA, so I hope this also helps employ a few more jobs**"

"This is the first Tempur-Pedic I have purchased and I am amazed at the difference between this bed and other beds I have owned. My wife and I shopped for a new bed because our previous store brand pillowtop had developed depressions to the point where it had become uncomfortable. I spent a considerable amount of time researching beds, after which we purchased a name-brand plush, pillow top,coil spring bed set. We had the bed for to days and both felt like we were on a ship at sea. The bed was too soft and simply didn't provide adequate support. So we exercised our retailers "comfort return policy" and this time we purchased another brand-name luxury firm, pillow top bed set. After sleeping on this bed for two nights I developed significant sciatic pain in my back and leg because the mattress was simply too firm. I should add that I had never had back pain or sciatic nerve pain in my life prior to this experience. I had to use a foam topper on top of the pillow top to decrease the pain I was experiencing to get any sleep at all. At this point we had spent a significant amount of money on two high-end beds which we couldn't use, so we went back to the retailer and looked at Tempur-Pedic beds as an alternative to what we had looked at previously. We tried several models and decided on the Cloud Luxe because it provided a good combination of softness and support. The bed was delivered two days ago and I have slept comfortably with no pain the last two nights. This is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I wish I'd considered Tempur-Pedic a long time ago."

"Ok, followup, have slept on my Luxe for 2nights and just am loving it to death, I actually woke up in the same place I went to sleep, something that never happens, does not sleep hot at a all, actually coller than my latex, and this was top of the line latex, Jamisen cashmere comfort series, so I know if I am sleeping this well in just 2 nights it can only get better, I have to say it's worth every penny, it's softness is just right but keeps your spine aligned, so thanks Tempurpedic I only wished I had gotten it sooner, but was always afraid of the sleeping hot since I am in bed so much with my back, Love! "I got my Luxe today, comfort is amazing, the smell you read on reviews is very minimal and not offensive at all, kind of like a new car smell and who doesn't love that, I am a disabled nurse with 3 back surgeries, I have had sleep number, (god awful) and top of the line spring mattress ,(not), and Jamison latex, which I did like for 7 years but the new ones just where not the same after 1 year there where so nanyang hills and valleys which killed my back, so I had heard about the cloud, read the reviews, and went for the Luxe because I need the softness too, let's say I am impressed just the right amount of softness ( not sinking like I have read ) just like a cloud, sounds like advertisement but it's true, worth the extra money, will write a followup in 30 days, but I 'm loving this bed . "Well, we just bought our cloud luxe today. Two years ago I spent $2600 for an adjustable bed and have never been happy with the mattress. After reading the reviews and hearing so much about Tempur-Pedic, I cannot wait to be able to sleep on it. For now, I have to wait for our house closing and then it can be delivered. After 2 surgeries on my spine and so many sleepless, painful nights that I could not begin to add up all I've lost, my husband said go ahead and buy what you really want. I'm counting on this being the answer to my prayers. I had to put all the stars or it wouldn't let me leave this comment. Fingers crossed."

"Let me start by saying why I gave this 5 stars for value you can't put a price on a good nights sleep. I bought the cloud luxe about 30 days ago with the advanced ergo. When I took it out of the box it did have the smell everyone talks about but went away in 2 days with a fan blowing on it. Every day for the last few years I have woke up with lower back pain, not anymore :) I can't say enough good things about this bed other than its saved my life. Long Live Tempurpedic"

"My wife and I married about three years ago. She did not like my "firm" mattress and I did not like her soft pillow top bed. Both of our mattresses were high quality innerspring. I gave up my bed. Every day I would wake up sore and not very rested. After much complaining on my part we started to look at mattresses. We tried everything. On the sleep number I was a 96 and she was 24 - and she hated it. After trying every mattress you can immagine, we narrowed down to two mattresses. One was a latex / wool bed that we liked and the other was the cloud luxe. The cloud seemed to satifsy her desire for a soft bed and my need for a firm bed. After about 100 days we agree that we made the right choice. Now it is rare that I wake up un-rested and even rarer that am sore. I think the cloud luxe is pricey but worth it if one partner likes pillow soft and the other firm. Tempurpedic got it correct with this design. We have the ergo base also - love it. The bed seemed to sleep a little warm initially but now we don't notice at all."

"Oh where to begin? I have looked at the tempur pedic for a few years now. I am a nurse and would visit our local dealer after a bad back day. 10 minutes on the bed made all the difference. The price stopped me cold. I would buy the latest foam topper from costco to add to my bed, never giving me relief. After one particularly bad back day I hobbled into our local store and bought the top of the line including the movable base. They had it in my house that night! Took about 30 days before it was fully broke in. When they say walk on it. WALK ON IT! Now 6 months later I have had very few bad back days. If I do, I head for my bed, put the feet up and have a wonderful night sleep! My husband grumbled about it for the first couple of months, then he came back from a business trip and said "thanks", every other bed sucks now". As he headed straight for the bed and put his head up, and fell fast asleep. Did I mention he does not snore when the head is up slightly? Oh yeah! Get off your wallet and buy it! Worth every penny. "

"I RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS BED FOR A NEW HOME. I HAVE CHRONIC BACK PAIN ALONG WITH ACHES AND PAINS OF AGING. THIS BED EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATION. THE MATTRESS IS COMFORTABLE AND THE TEMPURPEDIC PILLOWS ARE WONDERFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BED. IT IS PRICEY BUT WORTH THE MONEY. "

"I've been sleeping on my luxe now for a week now and I have to say I love it! I wish I would have bought this a year ago. I bought the bamboo quilted sheets with it and it's wonderful! They're so soft and comfortable. I live in Louisiana so the moisture absorbtion from the sheets is nice. Of course I sleep with the ac on 64. I shopped around at different stores and the luxe was hands down my favorite! Not to soft or to firm which is what I like. The cloud pillows are also nice. The price is a little steep but the 48 months 0% financing made my decision real easy to buy this mattress. If your looking for restful night sleep with no motion transference at all this is your mattress! LOOK NO FURTHER!"

"You'll see I gave "Sleep Quality" 4 stars although I did not like the bed. Somehow, throughout the back pain, I slept pretty well. I cannot generalize and say this is a bad bed because everyone has a different bnody weight, build, etc. I am 34, 200lb 6'2". For me, this bed was very nice and comfortable for the first 20minutes every night. It's just that every morning for two months that I tried it out, my lower back felt an absence of support and was hurting. My wife, who is 5'2" 130lb loved it for the 1st month until she too would awaken with back pain. We really wanted to love this bed. It was a hassle getting the store we purchased it from to change it out. Sleepys(needless to say) . "
