Love my tempur-comfort pillow!

"Make sure you turn it to the right side. You can't flip this pillow over like regular pillows. Also got the adjustable bed and tempur cloud luxe mattress. Both the pillows and mattress gives with your body and cradles the body. No more backache!"

"I received the Tempur Comfort Pillow for a Christmas Gift. After sleeping on it for 3 weeks now it is still as firm as ever. It does not conform to your head in anyway and is extremly HARD. I can't fit a standard pillow case on it. I feel like it is stuffed into the pillow case. It also makes me very hot at night. My neck is stiff when I wake up. I would not recommend it to anyone and am very disappointed in what we had to pay for it. I would never buy another pillow from them because of this."

"I should've believe the 1 star review I read it here on this site. I didn't and went ahead and brought two of these pillows. I opened 1 and try using it and as written, it was very, very firm and was very high too. In the middle of the night, it hurts my neck and I have to go back to my old pillow. I didn't give up and try it again for 1 week and it still hurts. I tried to call tempur pedic to return the second one that was unopened and unused and they will not allow returns. For the price of these pillows, totaling $345 it was not worth the rest! I really regretted buying them. "

HHhhmmm, Can Be Deceiving?!!

"Tried a "comfort" pillow in a number of retail stores for several months. Ordered a couple of pillows online, for none of the retailers had the queen size in stock. Received pillows 14 months ago. Aired them to release the toxins. Slept on one of them, and awoke with the worst neck pain I'd ever had! Put them in storage for fear of increasing the pain if I continued to sleep on them. Decided to re-try my Tempurpedic Swedish neck pillow; Suprima Curve standard pillow; Comfort medium pillow; and the Tempurpedic Plush pillow from Costco. All of which, were only marginally satisfying. It bothered me that I'd spent money on the Comfort pillows that I was extremely unhappy with...it bothered me relentlessly for months. I "manned-up", took the Comfort pillows out of storage, then decided to sleep with a portion of one of the pillows cradling my head and neck, with a small section giving support beneath my shoulders. It worked. I had a good night's sleep without any pain. However, I did have to rotate the pillows laterally about every three weeks (I could just fluff them instead). Now, I am no longer buying pillows four times a year. HHhhmmm, I wonder why not? In case it isn't obvious--the COMFORT pillows are GRRRrrreat!!!!!!!"

"I've had this pillow for about 5 months and love it. I have always liked the super soft down pillows and was always picky about my pillows. The one thing I didn't like about them was always having to fluff them right so my face didn't suffocate when I rested my head on them, but I couldn't sleep with anything else. I bought this pillow because I loved how it felt at the store. Then I read reviews after I got home and was worried because people said it was too firm..and I have never liked firm pillows. But once I tried it I loved it! I can plop my head down and not have to move it around or fluff it at all, forms perfectly to me, does not feel like a typical "firm" pillow. I will be using tempur pedic for life now. "

Not Tired Anymore

"I wish I would have tried this pillow years ago. I had neck surgery 20 years ago and have suffered from lack of sleep ever since due to poor pillows. Finally I found a pillow that is the answer to my prayers and best of all I am not tired anymore! This pillow gives the support I need and when I wake up my neck is not sore and I feel completely refreshed. "

Interesting pillow

"I got two of these for free with my mattress so the value is obviously pretty good. I got the pillow before the bed arrived so I had the opportunity to try it with my old mattress which was softer and it was pretty bad...On the other hand, when I got my Contour Select, it was the perfect pillow to go with it. This pillow will feel very out of place and hard on anything softer than a Contour Signature I believe. That being said, all tempurpedic pillows are way over priced in terms of comfort (still some of the best pillows on the market though) but build quality is top notch. Still, there's something wrong when two grand pillows puts you back 800 dollars. I recommend a traditional or cloud pillow to those who are scared of big changes and want something familiar and a comfort or rhapsody pillow to those who want the full tempurpedic experience and a grand pillow to those who need a shrink. "

extremely firm pillow

"I wish I had tried someones, or talked to a few folks before I purchased mine. I like a firm pillow but this one is super firm. I've used it for over a month and it really has not changed so I think the firmness is here to stay so if you like a really firm pillow it's the one for you. For me not so much..."

Too firm

"I was asked to try it in the store for seven minutes and I did. I was trilled to have a comfortable pillow but after one full night, I realized it was too firm. The paperwork states that it fits ino a standard pillowcase but I feel as though the pillow is crammed into the case. It cannot be molded or folded into a comfortable pillow. I have other tempurpedic products that I love, but this one product ranks far below my expectations. I'm extremely disappointed that it's so uncomfortable."

Too fim

"I bought this pillow with my tempur bed and it is just too firm for me. It felt great at the store but I think it must have been softer. I have ad it for 6 months and it's still way too firm and too high for me. This pillow may be great for a heavier head that can actually put some weight on it. If you are small I do not recommend it."

Hard as a Rock!

"I bought two comfort pillows because both my husband and I have bad neck issues. The pillows have been a major dissappointment especially considering the high-dollar we spent on them. They are both hard as a rock and do not conform to our bodies at all. We like to sleep in a cool environment which adds to the issue of the stiffness. When we purchased them we were told that they could not be returned and that they would break in after use. The only thing that went away after use was the smell. My husband refuses to use his and I am once again searching for new pillows. I will NEVER buy another Tempur pillow again. "

Bed Time (Finally)

"I just got my Comfort Pillow about one week ago and I have been extremely impressed with it. For years, I have been using old, cheap, flat, pillow. A few of my friends had them and they recommended it to me. I had always thought that $130 was absurd but I sure was wrong! I sold something and got $120 and combined with a coupon, I got it for $111. I cannot find a single thing that is wrong with the pillow. My problem with other pillows were that they were to soft. This pillow is firm, but still sinks down when you put your head in. I am so glad I bought this and recommend it to anyone. "

"This is the worst pillow I have ever owned. I wake up with neck pain from it all the time. It is entirely too firm and instead of supporting your head it feels like it is fighting to maintain the original shape. I was very surprised at how displeased I am with this pillow. I love my Tempurpedic bed and my wife loves her neck pillow. I expected a more comfortable product from Tempurpedic. I now have a very expensive pillow that I will not use and cannot do anything with due to the return policy."

"The Tempurpedic direct sales rep even recommended the "Comfort" pillows so I knew they had to be broken in for a few weeks, but they are way too firm and high even after 6 weeks of usage. I wake up with either neck discomfort or aches which then lead to headaches later in the day. My wife has resorted to using hers as a seat cushion for our home office. I recommended the softer "Cloud" pillows to my coworker when he bought his Tempurpedic mattress, and he's loving them. He got to benefit from my feedback so I hope others may too. "

"I recently bought this pillow for my wife and she hates it! She tried giving it to me and I couldn't stand the pillow. My wife woke up with a stiff neck that hurts her still till this day. The pillow weighs a ton and does not mold to how you want it... this is the stiffest pillow we have ever tried and the most uncomfortable pillow ever. I do not recommend this pillow u are better off spending a hundred dollars less and getting something from your local ross or wal mart!"

"I was fortunate to receive 2 pillows of my choice when I purchased my Queen Ergo Cloud Luxe. I was very happy to have Tempur Pedic Pillows to sleep with, but I ended up not using them for sleep due to them being too firm for my needs. They are absolutely fantastic though for use while sitting up in bed with my ergo base. I cannot say enough about the support and comfort these pillows give me every day. I went back to the store where I purchased my bed, and am thinking of purchasing a softer Tempur Pedic pillows to use for sleeping. Still the Comfort Pillow is divine and I would have happily purchased them if need be."

"Fills pillow case up beautifully, but was ruined after one nights sleep. The pillow seems to be made of layers of temper material, and now has a fold in it that won't come out! Very bad costumer service. Bought another pillow to get a free pillow and they forgot to send it. When I finally received the free pillow they sent the wrong size (smaller). The slippers I bought are both flat after 2 days of use. Costumer service was lousy and rude! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! Would have been a good pillow if it didn't ruin after one night sleep, or if the company stood behind it's product better!"
