"I was fortunate to receive 2 pillows of my choice when I purchased my Queen Ergo Cloud Luxe. I was very happy to have Tempur Pedic Pillows to sleep with, but I ended up not using them for sleep due to them being too firm for my needs. They are absolutely fantastic though for use while sitting up in bed with my ergo base. I cannot say enough about the support and comfort these pillows give me every day. I went back to the store where I purchased my bed, and am thinking of purchasing a softer Tempur Pedic pillows to use for sleeping. Still the Comfort Pillow is divine and I would have happily purchased them if need be."

"I bought a standard sized Tempurpedic pillow from a local independent distributor about 6 years ago. The pillow was guaranteed for 3 years. Well, it has outlasted the warranty and is still providing a good nights sleep. I would like to get a new one in the near future, as when I travel I like to take my pillow with me. I want to retire my old Tempurpedic pillow to be my travel pillow, instead of my main and travel pillow. Would recommend highly."

"Since I had always bought pillows from Costco or Walmart and never spent more than $30 for one, the thought of spending a hundred bucks more than I'd ever paid for a pillow made my eyes pop. But I was getting a lousy night's sleep and waking up with a sore neck far too often. I was nervous about spending so much because pillows aren't returnable. And for the first couple of weeks, I was really upset because the pillow was too darn thick and hard. Oh no, $140 (w/sales tax) wasted!! But I took another reviewer's advice and started fluffing it to soften it up, and after about a week, the pillow got broken in and now is simply perfect. No more waking up with a sore neck!! The nights of bad sleep and the days w/a sore neck were starting to affect my job performance. Once things get that bad, the $140 becomes a small price to pay. So if you're wondering if it's worth the splurge, my opinion is a resounding YES!"

"I've owned the comfort pillow for 3 months. I sleep on my back and my side. This pillow meets most of my needs, except for it's loft (thickness) is a bit too much for me when I sleep on my back. But I'm difficult to please when it comes to pillows since I have fused vertebrae in my neck. Other aspects of this pillow are so good that I've not gone back to my other pillows. Conforms instantly, retains its shape, and is very supportive. Bravo, Tempur-Pedic! You got this pillow right! Would definitely recommend and/or purchase again!"

"I have always been a super-thin pillow guy. So, I was expecting a neck-ache every morning using this pillow. Usually the Tempr-pedic pillows are: Love it or Hate it pillows. This one is kind of like a build your own pillow. If you like it firm, don't fluff it and always lay on it in the flat position. But if you like it soft, work it in, fluff it every night for a few weeks, and your pillow will get super soft. Spend time stepping on it, rolling it, squeezing it, using it behind your back while you watch TV. Your head sinks right in, and still not one time did I awaken with a neck ache. The odor goes away in a couple weeks too. We didn't like the Cloud pillow since it did not feel supportive enough. ONE TIP--- The Queen SIZE is a bit softer and flatter if the standard seems too thick for you. The extra space in the sleeve allows the foam to spread and lay flatter."

"I bought this pillow yesterday and slept on it last night for the first time. I slept the whole night. I haven't done that in months. Usually I wake up 2 to 4 hrs into the night, and I am unable to go back aslept until approx. 4hrs later, but by that time it's work time. I almost cried when I woke up to see it was light outside. When I purchased the pillow I thought it was kind of expensive, but now I realize it was worth every penny. "

"My husband likes this pillow but I wake up every day with a neck pain from it. We have owned these pillows for 2 months now and I am now looking into buying the cloud because it looks like for me it might be a better fit. We also purchased the neck pillows with our new tempur bed (which is like sleeping on a dream it's the cloud-luxe king model!)but I must say my comfort pillow will be going to the guest bedroom and I will buy 2 tempur cloud pillows and hope they work for me. Love the bed best buy we ever made! And the neck pillows are good too! "

"I went to my local mattress store to buy our mattress and pillows. The saleswoman had been selling tempurpedics for about a dozen years I think she said. She seemed to know her stuff, so when she recommended the Cloud pillow for me I went with it. According to her, this one aligned my neck best with my spine. I had been favoring the Symphony pillow, but she said I'd have neck pain with it because it propped my head up too much. The Cloud pillow felt comfortable enough in the store, so we took it (they included 2 free pillows with the mattress). Long story short, I kind of hate it. Yes, it initially feels comfortable, but the longer I lay on it the worse it is. I find that my head and neck feel completely unsupported by this pillow. I wake up with neck pain quite often (we've had the pillow and Rhapsody mattress for a month now). My husband chose the neck pillow. He was kind enough to let me try it and, even though I know it's not for me, I slept MUCH better on it. I think it's because the Tempur material in that pillow is better/more supportive than in the Cloud. I'm pretty certain it's the same make up, just different shape than the Symphony, too, so when I feel like dropping another $100 I will get the Sympony pillow after all."

"We got these pillows free when we bought our allura bed with the advanced ergo frame. So the value was great, even if I am not getting the comfort I was expecting. I plan on trying one of the contoured pillows at some point in the future."

"I have a tempur-pedic bed and love it! But recently I have been waking with neckaches and headaches having to sleep on pillows that were new and too big for a stomach sleeper. I got a wonderful gift given to me by my sleep angel. It is a comfort pillow and I have NEVER stept so deep and with zero wake ups in the night, I have NEVER slept so well. I havent had one hard to wake day since I started sleeping on this pillow. I never want another pillow, well maybe I will get the comfort pillow in queen next then that would be so purfect that I wont get out of my tempur-pedic dream ever. Life is good!"

"An extremely expensive pillow but you know what? I love it. It's the first pillow I've ever had that isn't flat as a pancake in one month. I suspect it will last much longer than an ordinary pillow which will help make up for it's cost. I've already had it for 3 months and it's like new!"

"I found this pillow as I was shopping to replace a favorite one that I had lost on a trip and it puts the old one to shame! I am also pregnant and have struggled with a lot of aches and pains. I knew I needed this pillow when the moment I relaxed into it, the pain VANISHED. I don't think I want to leave my bed for the rest of this pregnancy! I would absolutely recommend this to any and everyone. "

"Listen, I'm not a pillow enthusiast, nor do I have a broken neck and 5 broken vertebrae in my lumbar. This is what I know: I love this pillow. It is a nice thick pillow that is a little firm at first, but your head starts to sink in after a few seconds. Heavy? lol... this thing may weigh a pound or 2, but not like I'm straining to turn it over. This is what I know... I own the Suprima, Comfort, Neck, and Symphony pillow and this one is my favorite. I don't put this pillow in a wine glass and sniff it for all the flavors while rinsing it in my mouth.. I just know that I love it."

"I'm kind of compairing this to my fantastic Cloud-Luxe bed/mattress.I tryed all the other pillows because I really life soft feel. However all the soft Tempur-Pedic pillows seemed to have to much filling and kept my head to flexed/high in relation to the rest of me.This pillow is firm to medium and heavy, but I actually liked it best because it does not keep my head so high up/flexed.Great for sidelying and on stomach, good for on back. The other person in the store liked the cloud pillow better.I think what people will like in these pillows will vary greatly depending on what you like."

"We purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress three and a half years ago. My back was an issue and my hands were numb most morning. While shopping for a new mattress, we were asked to lay on three different softness mattresses. Not Tempur-pedic. I told them they were the same as our current one. I asked to try Tempur-pedic, knowing they cost more. After laying on it, I told my husband I would wait until we could afford one. He told money out of savings and life has been wonderful since. My hands no longer are numb in the morning and my back is doing 90 per cent better. Vacations are great, but I am ready to get back to my Tempur-pedic."
