"As I am seeing with other reviews and from experience, you will have to get used to the new pillow for 3-4 weeks. I remember using this pillow the first week or so and was beginning to get irritated because it would bother my neck. But once it gets broke in (just like the bed) it is awesome!! Very comfortable for any sleep position. No problems with it at all! We don't have the Cloud, but have the rhapsody bed. This would be perfect for sleepers who like down pillows."

It greatly reduced my husband's snoring

"We purchased a Rhapsody bed in December, 2011. We spent a lot of time and tried out many, many pillows. My husband decided upon the Cloud Pillow - which he just loves. But for me, the best part is that it has greatly reduced his snoring. For as long as I can remember (we been married 29 years) - he was a loud snorer. But perhaps the mattress or perhaps the pillow -- whatever the reason -- he hardly snores anymore (and when he does, it is quiet). I have no reason to explain this but I am very happy about it."

"I bought this pillow a few weeks ago when I was testing out mattresses. I knew as soon as I tried it at the store that I had to get it. I took it home that night and fell asleep almost instantly. I've been sleeping much better ever since. I also noticed my back felt a bit better just from the pillow. I have since ordered a rhapsody bed which i'm sure will help with the rest of my back pains, I'll write a review for that when I find out!"

"This is an astonishing pillow! I own 2 Tempur-Pedic mattresses and love them, and have owned 3 other styles of Tempur-Pedic pillows. I have serious neck and shoulder issues, and would like a pillow at first, but it never really eased my pain- I just thought that was as good as it got! I always bought molded pillows as I thought that is what I needed. I would not have considered this pillow online since it had the word "soft" in the description. After really thinking there must be something better, I went to the local sleep store where I had purchased my mattresses. I got to actually try all the Tempur-Pedic pillows. I was so surprised. I now have TWO of the cloud pillows as I ship one for when I travel. THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST COMFORTABLE, DREAMY PILLOW IN THE UNIVERSE! My neck and shoulder pain are gone, I look forward to going to bed, and the combination of this pillow and the Tempur-Pedic mattress make my bed like a true Cloud. It is so nurturing, relaxing, and comforting. I hope you never stop making this pillow, because I want them for life!!!! Thank you!"

"My wife and I bought the mattress and it came with a pillow and a mattress protector. Since I brought the pillow home before the mattress was delivered, I used the pillow with my old mattress and after a few days I have to say I was almost ready to toss it. However, when you pair it up with the mattress, it feels incredible. I look forward to going to bed!! :-)"

"We purchased the Cloud pillows at the same time we purchased the Tempur-Cloud Mattress. The mattress didn't arrive for ten days. My husband I couldn't sleep on the Cloud pillows with our conventional mattress and I thought I had just wasted several hundred dollars on pillows. The pillows are too high when used with a conventional mattress. Our Cloud Mattress was delivered yesterday. The pillows are perfect with the Cloud Mattress! It was the best night of sleep either of us have had in a long time. I think the pillows have to be used in conjunction with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress. We both absolutely love the pillow now."

"For years I have been going through beds once a year, and every month I get a new pillow, I could never find anything that works for me. I finally took the plunge and went to my local furniture store and ordered the Tempurpedic cloud supreme mattress, and bought two of the cloud pillows to go with. Unfortunately, still waiting on the mattress, but took the pillows home that night. What a difference just the pillows have made so far! I have fibromyalgia and never sleep well, but even the pillows alone have made a huge difference, I love the softness and support that they are giving me, they are heaven sent, anybody with this condition can tell you how difficult it is to find pillows that work. I have had no issues with smells, and I made sure I sat on mine for a couple hours to open the cells up like they recommend, it doesn't get any better then this. If the mattress is just as good, then my nights will be perfect! I highly recommend these for fibromyalgia sufferers and probably RA too. My hubby has ruptured disks in his back and the pillow is working for him as well. Thank you Tempurpedic!"

"I got 2 free pillows when I ordered my temperpedic over the phone. I love this pillow! At first it was a little to thick for me but after a few nights it started feeling amazing! I don't think I could ever go back to a regular pillow. Definitely recommend"

"Love love LOVE the pillow but it is WAY TOO SMALL!!! It may be just that it is new and "standard" is the only size currently available but it does not allow for much movement during sleep. If you're gonna roll over you'd better be sure you're taking the pillow with you or you will roll right off the edge. :o) Other than that this is the best pillow I have ever slept on. Great support, just the right balance of softness and firmness and it's easing my neck and shoulder pain right away. If they come out with a queen size I'll be first in line to purchase it!"

"I ordered two of these with my cloud luxe bed, I am basicly happy with them, although I wonder about quality control. One pillow is twice as heavy and thicker than the other. I sleep on the lighter and thinner one and like it very much. I tried the thicker one and don't like it as well. My husband will sleep on anything."

"i purchased the cloud supreme mattress about a year ago and also the comfort pillows....if you are a side sleeper these are the best pilows to have ...they provide the absolute best support and are worth every penny spent...I will never ever go back to a reguler bed or pillow"

"We purchased a set of Tempur-Pedic mattresses and 2 Tempur-Pedic pillows, one being the Tempur-Cloud for my wife. She tried the pillow several nights but it gave her a stiff neck. She tried my ComfortPillow but it also bothered her. Withe the cost of these pillows at over $120.00 each, Temopur-Pedic should allow a one night trial or change their return policy. I will not recommend these pillows to anyone. In fact, I will caution them not to purchase them due to the return policy. Not happy at all! "

"I read mostly good reviews about this pillow so I thought I would give it a try. It is super soft, feels great, but it's so super thick that when I lay down I find my self staring at my feet. I wish it were about half as thick. =("

"I've tried every pillow i could find. They were either too big, too small, too hard, too soft. Ended up using two (soft and hard stacked) until i found the cloud pillow. All i can say is it is perfect, would and will spend the money again."

"I was very disappointed that I could not buy a pillow to match my king size bed. I love the mattress but the small pillow should at least be a queen size. I have just spent two months flat on my back after being diagnosed with bone cancer and last night was the first almost comfortable sleep I have had. What a great mattress. I wish I could afford pillows or other accessories but I had to drain my account for the mattress. The king size does allow my wife to return to our bed because the bed doesn't move and cause me more pain. Pom"

"This pillow is changing my life. We bought our Tempur Deluxe bed about 4 years ago. All my life, I have loved down pillows. So, I continued to sleep on them. For about the past year, though, I noticed that it felt like my shoulder was crumpled under me and my head was not supported at all. I was also having a lot of jaw pain, I suspected because of the pressure I was putting on it while trying to get comfortable to sleep. I was miserable. I literally thought, "Have I forgotten how to get into a comfortable position for sleep? What's wrong?" I had given some thought to changing pillows, but I wasn't sure what to buy. I bought a firmer synthetic down pillow. That made things worse. I was afraid of which Tempurpedic pillow to get because they're so expensive, and I didn't want to get the wrong one. My husband has one of the contoured ones, and I hate it with a fiery passion! Finally, I settled on this one. This pillow is literally changing my life! The first night, my neck was a little stiff from being held so high. But I LOVE this pillow now! I think if you have a Tempurpedic mattress, you really need the Tempur pillow for proper support. I sleep so good now, and my jaw pain is almost non-existent! If you're a fan of down pillows, I think you'll like this. It's soft - not as squishy as down - and it's not too heavy if you like to put your hands under the pillow at night. Really ... this thing is fantastic!"

"i have had my cloud pillow for a month now and took a while to get used to it but i sleep good with it and do not wake up with a stiff neck or back. i love it. i wish it came in a bigger size is the only thing bad i have to say about the cloud pillow."
