"This pillow fits so comfortably with the neck and shoulder. I sleep on my side and this pillow feels so good. My head and neck feel straight, not like those stuffed pillows. I can't sleep without this pillow since i switched. It did take about a week to get used to it. I would use the Symphony pillow one night and then switch to my old pillow the next night. I highly recommend this pillow. It will be a very sad day if they stop making this pillow. WONDERFUL pillow."

"We bought a Tempur-Pedic and it will be delivered next week. The salesman gave us two pillows as part of the deal. I had no idea what a difference it can make! I have never been able to sleep on my back but this pillow makes it possible. It makes side sleeping so much more comfortable, too, no more sore shoulders. I can't wait to get the bed. If the pillow is this great, I can only imagine how much we'll love the bed!"

"Love this pillow. I sleep on my back half the time and on my side the other half of the time so for me this pillow is perfect. When I sleep on my side I have the pillow on one side and when I roll onto my back I just flip my pillow and it has great support then as well. I have tried other pillows and they just don't have the support that the Symphony pillow gives. I have neck problems and this is the best pillow I have ever found. I always wake up well rested and without neck pain. It's awesome."
"When I tried the pillow at the store it seemed like a good pillow. But it must have been pretty wore down compared to a new one. I am about 5'3 125 lbs and there is no give to this pillow. I'm a side sleeper and it is way to firm for me. Holds me neck up too high and doesn't sink enough for me to be comfortable. It was a waste of money. At the place I bought didn't tell me about no returns so I was extremely aggravated about that. So I wasted $100 for a crappy pillow. HIGHLY disappointed and would NOT recommend this pillow to anyone!"

"I have had my pillow about 6 months now. Normally, it would be time to replace my pillow as they usually don't last very long without losing their loft. This pillow is still just as comfortable as it was the first night! I like a pillow that holds its shape yet is not hard. This is it! I have no more neck pain and rest so much better! I have used it for side sleeping and for back sleeping. Love it both ways! Since I switch between the two positions, I appreciate the dual sides. Each works well. I have not for one minute regretted buying this pillow! "
"I have the cloud bed and love it! Cloud pillows: Too thick. Symphony pillows: Too heavy, thick and firm. I tried sleeping with my shoulders on this pillow too and I liked the feel, but as you sleep we never usually stay in same position and caused neck issues. I have an off brand neck pillow and I am thinking about getting the tempur-pedic neck pillow, but scared to spend more money and still not like the pillow. I Love the Cloud Supreme Bed! I just haven't found the right pillow. Do I need the neck or the side sleeper?..........More money.....more decisions."
"Due to the degree of thickness and firmness of this pillow, it makes sleeping on your back practically impossible. However, it would be ideal for people that have broad shoulders who sleep on your side. It shouldnt't be marketed as a two-way pillow, its defintiely for the side sleeper who has broad shoulders due to the extreme elevation nature of its design. just a suggestion, tempurpedic, dont create a pillow that is both extremely thick and also has no give...im a tall slender guy who has atheletic shape, im 6'3, 175lbs, my body doesnt have much mass or fat, so i have no extra weight to help elevate my body enough in able to compromise the pillow height...can you please create a pillow for the tall, thin man/lady...without the extra thickness...we need support also, just less thickness. maybe there are other manufacturers out there who will listen. thank you."
"I went to a local mattress store to purchase new Tempur-pedic pillows. I was told that the standard Symphony pillows were the only pillows available, all others were discontinued. Despite my concerns over the small size, I purchased two for our king-sized bed. These pillows were a disappointment and are not as comfortable as any of the other Tempur-pedic pillows I've purchased over the years. The store would not accept a return and I was quite shocked to find the selection of pillows available on tempurpedic.com. I feel our loyalty to Tempur-pedic was taken advantage of on this purchase. "I have pain due to 2 shoulder surgeries and also suffer from SLE(systemic lupus). My old tempurpedic pillow was lost on vacation about a year ago and I haven't really slept since. This pillow is better than any sleeping pill. I have the hardest time falling asleep at night but with this pillow I seem to fall asleep alot faster. It is even better than my old tempurpedic pillow. I wish that I would not have waited so long to replace it but I had to save up for it and I wanted to do some research to make sure I chose correctly. I love that this pillow is 2 sided and I love the slope that it has. This pillow is super comfortable and very supportive. I can't imagine sleeping without it now. I actually think about this pillow throughout the day, knowing that I get to go home and sleep on something so comfortable. It is amazing that a pillow can help aleveiate pian the way that this one does. I am sure that all tempurpedic pillows a great in their own way and some people seem to have some issues with this pillow but I can not think of anything negative to say about it. The Symphany Pillow is Fantastic!"
"I bought this pillow a little over a month ago. I have had a constant pain in my shoulder/neck since I started on it. Thought maybe it was because I had been sleeping on a bad pillow before the Tempur-Pedic product and it would get better. It did not get better, it got worse. I emailed the company and explained and they pretty much said the item was unreturnable and there was no trail period. I spent over $100.00 for something that causes me pain and suffering and the company will do nothing. Make sure you like before you buy, because the company will not stand by thier product!! The pillow is terrible!!"

"I tried out three Tempurpillows from Bed, Bath and Beyond before finding which one was the perfect fit for me. The Symphony Pillow was my second. When I tried out the Symphony pillow, I was a little bit disappointed. I thought I'd have this 'Ahhhh' feeling. But, no luck. I am a back sleeper, so for me, it was too hard and had the feeling of looking at my toes. My fiance, however, thought it was the best money we've ever spent and decided to keep his. After one night I returned it to get the TempurCloud. Tl;Dr: The Symphony is great for side sleepers, but for back sleepers, it is way too firm. "

"If you have normal-to-broad shoulders and sleep on your side, this is probably the pillow you want. It's not a soft pillow by any means but it will soften up enough to be comfortable over time. What you're getting here is a firm pillow that retains its shape night after night. The good thing is it has 2 different firmness settings by simply by turning the pillow over. So those with normal width shoulders who sleep on their side will want to use one side while those with broad shoulders would do better by flipping the pillow to the other side. It would be great if the pillow was as soft as a goose-down but what you give up in softness you gain in firmness and a good night's sleep. Expect to wake up from your first night's sleep with a little stiffness in your neck as the pillow you were using before this is almost assuredly more forgiving and not as firm. However after a night or two, your body will adapt and you'll have a pillow that's the correct thickness/firmness for what you need. "

"Perfect pillow for any sleep position. Love the fact that I could just turn it over & have a different support system to suit my sleep needs. Firm but not too much, it softens over time just like the mattresses. Definitely not a soft pillow, no sinking in. This is a pillow that will last many years & retain its shape. Expensive, yes but you won't be replacing it yearly either."

"I HAVE OSTEOARTHRITIS AND THE PILLOWS I WAS USING WERE NOT SUPPORTING MY NECK AND SHOULDERS. MY DOCTOR SUGGESTED A PILLOW CHANGE TO ADD SUPPORT MY NECK. I WENT TO A TEMPUR DEALER AND BORROWED A SYMPHONY PILLOW FOR ONE NIGHT. THE SYMPHONY PILLOW , USING THE BACK SLEEPER SIDE , MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WAY MY NECK AND SHOULDERS FELT THE NEXT MORNING.I HAVE NOW PURCHASED 2 SYMPHONY PILLOWS, A QUEEN SIZE FOR THE BED AND A STANDARD FOR OVERNITE STAYS. "WOW. I used to get horrible neck pains from normal down pillows. None were the perfect firm/softness. It all started when I got the travel pillow as a present. I take it everywhere and it is omnipresent in my bed. It started my extreme obsession with Temper-peudic. This year for my birthday I got this pillow and my sleep quality has gone steadily up. In other reviews, people complain about its height and firmness. To me, everything about it is perfect. Thanks Temper-peudic!!"
"I have used this Symphony pillow for several months now. At first it was a bit on the hard side, but then after a while I thought I had gotten used to it. However, after several months my neck is now starting to hurt and my sleep is not very restful due to neck and shoulder pain. I think that the firmness of this particular pillow is a bit much for me and I will be looking at their Traditional pillow to replace this one. A shame because these pillows are not cheap. I do believe the Tempurpedic non-refundable/no exchange policy is absurd and wish they would change it to be more customer friendly. Most people do not know how something is going to work out until they try it out for a brief period of time. "
