"Perfect pillow for any sleep position. Love the fact that I could just turn it over & have a different support system to suit my sleep needs. Firm but not too much, it softens over time just like the mattresses. Definitely not a soft pillow, no sinking in. This is a pillow that will last many years & retain its shape. Expensive, yes but you won't be replacing it yearly either."

"I HAVE OSTEOARTHRITIS AND THE PILLOWS I WAS USING WERE NOT SUPPORTING MY NECK AND SHOULDERS. MY DOCTOR SUGGESTED A PILLOW CHANGE TO ADD SUPPORT MY NECK. I WENT TO A TEMPUR DEALER AND BORROWED A SYMPHONY PILLOW FOR ONE NIGHT. THE SYMPHONY PILLOW , USING THE BACK SLEEPER SIDE , MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WAY MY NECK AND SHOULDERS FELT THE NEXT MORNING.I HAVE NOW PURCHASED 2 SYMPHONY PILLOWS, A QUEEN SIZE FOR THE BED AND A STANDARD FOR OVERNITE STAYS. "
"I have used this Symphony pillow for several months now. At first it was a bit on the hard side, but then after a while I thought I had gotten used to it. However, after several months my neck is now starting to hurt and my sleep is not very restful due to neck and shoulder pain. I think that the firmness of this particular pillow is a bit much for me and I will be looking at their Traditional pillow to replace this one. A shame because these pillows are not cheap. I do believe the Tempurpedic non-refundable/no exchange policy is absurd and wish they would change it to be more customer friendly. Most people do not know how something is going to work out until they try it out for a brief period of time. "

"I am an avid runner and exercise daily, but I have been suffering from a pinched nerve that results in terrible neck and back pain for days on end. I bought this pillow at the advice of my doctor and it has made a world of difference. The pain has stopped - thank goodness! The first 1-2 nights using it took a little getting used to, but now, I can't imagine sleeping with any other pillow. I have been pain-free since I bought it four months ago. I am trying to fnd a travel-sized one. "

"I'm a teenager with back pain so I decided to get the regular tempurpedic bed along with the tempurpedic symphony pillow. The first night I tryed the pillow I woke up with neck pain. Hmmmmm I thought to myself. I never have neck pain after sleeping so I thought I should return the pillow. So then i decided to try the pillow again because of the price. I didn't feel like wasting my money again. The next day after sleeping on the pillow I had slept so so well and felt perfect. So then I knew this pillow was going to be good. i've read some of other people's reviews and they said maybe the first couple of nights the pillow was bothering them. This is an awesome pillow just needs to break in a little. I recommed this pillow to anyone who is having trouble sleeping or has neck pains!!!!!! :):):)"

"I absolutely love my symphony pillow. I got the pillow as a christmas present so that was a plus along with my Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme. After the first night I had neck pain from my pillow. I didn't really know what to think. Well i guess this isn't the right pillow for me. So i tryed it for a couple of nights to see if it improved and it did. This pillow is now so comfortable and i sleep well on my new pillow every night. I don't think the vaule is the best but it's worth it."

"Surprising results! After shoulder surgery for a separated shoulder, I found it impossible to sleep on my side without pain. Somehow, this pillow defers the weight of my head and body from my shoulder so I can sleep all night however I want. The surprise was this pillow also keeps me from snoring! I don't know how, I just know it works. It's always nice to get more than you paid for, but my sleep is priceless! I'll never sleep on anything else!"

"I sleep wonderfully! After waking up in the middle of the night to take pain killers, it feels wonderful to sleep. The pillow was very hard in the beginning, but now it is very comfortable (and still firm!). I fall asleep curled up with the pillow within 10-25 minutes of getting in bed. Are there covers for the pillows?"

"The Symphony pillow is a great pillow. The overall design is great, and I really like the contoured edge. It really cushions and supports the head and neck. The only downside to this pillow is the height...at about 5.5" inches it's too tall for a back and stomach sleeper. It's absolutely perfect for a side sleeper. Unfortunately I like to move around quite a bit at night and will wake up in all positions - stomach, back and side. If this pillow lost approximately 1" or 1.5" in height then it would be perfect!! I really do like the tempur material. It took a few days to get used to it, but now that I'm used to it I don't think I want to go back to anything else :) Here is my suggestion for the perfect pillow -- Combine the height and shoulder region of the Suprima with the standard shape and countoured edges of the Symphony pillow and you will have a perfect pillow!!! Tempur-pedic please think about that one :)"

"I have tried several orthopedic pillows - with mixed results. Being a doctor, I understand physiology, and the importance of support, alignment, as well as comfort for a healthy body and a restful night's sleep. The "Symphony" pillow is worth its weight in gold. Purchase the right Tempur pillow/mattress combination, and you will yield the longevity of its benefits well into your senior years. It amazes me how individuals will think nothing of spending thousands of dollars for vacations, cars, cameras, etc., yet find investing the equivalent - or considerably less - on their health (incl. sleep support technology) to be expensive! Perhaps their thoughts should be re-framed from investing in a pillow and mattress, to investing in life."
"Purchased two Symphony pillows with a new Rhapsody bed. The initial feel of the pillow is very nice and with all the great reviews I had high hopes. After a month of use these pillows have to go. They are way too thick and firm, the foam only conforms to your head so much and it's not enough. Back or side sleeping, my head is elevated too much and I wake up with neck pain. As the Rhapsody bed broke in and I sink further into it, the pillow got worse. I can only imagine small/light people sleeping on very firm non-Tempurpedic beds actually being able to use this pillow. I can't judge the Rhapsody yet because I haven't found the right pillow. The fact that initial comfort means nothing and you really need to sleep on a bed and pillow to know if it works for you makes the no-return policy on these pillows outrageous. Tempurpedic, how about you do a better job helping people find the right bed and pillow combination that suits their body size and sleep style and then accept pillow exchanges or returns from the customers you fail to satisfy? Luckily my retail store allows a one-time exchange on pillows but I understand this policy is RARE. We'll see how the Cloud and Side pillows do now."

"This is the best pillow I have ever have in my entire life. I admit my husband and I are hesistant to buy it bec. It is expensive. But we don't regret it. I don't have any soreness in my neck and shoulders. I really recommend this pillow. "

"My husband and I love our Symphony pillows! We take them with us when we travel whenever we can, and really miss them when we are required to sleep on a traditional pillow. I suggest using a high quality pillow cover as they seem to be a long-term investment, and will need to be kept clean. My only concern would be the price, but keeping in mind that you won't need to replace them for many years, I suppose it's ok."

"I have been going through pillow after pillow and couldn't find one that would stand up to my sleep style. I sleep in all three positions depending on my own comfort. I sleep on my back, on my side and on my stomach. This pillow beats any pillow I have ever slept on for just the right firmness, just the right softness, just right everywhere and in anyone of my positions. It is the greatest pillow and I will never go back to a traditional pillow for the rest of my life or as long as tempur-pedic lasts. if you are having a hard time sleeping because of your pillow you have to try one. it is so worth the price, given I went through about 6 pillows which placed that cost almost twice what this pillow costs."
